I had a wonderful late lunch at this place. The dish of octopus was amazing, and I loved the moussaka as well, even though I was quite full that I had no way to escape leftover. I tried the first Metaxa here and loved it a lot. The service was excellent with some bread as an appetizer and even some dessert after the meal. Hope I can visit here someday soon in the future.

Tasty Greek 🇬🇷 food, good atmosphere (and amazing compliments 😋) Recommend to try the stuffed figs. They are delicious and hadn't seen them offered anywhere else in Aegina

Not fresh food. The spareribs were hard and dry, no sauce. The kebab was also dry… good salad though. Disgusting mussels, uneatable. The spaghetti was already cooked, when we asked they told us they cooked it in the morning… would not recommend.

Authentic,delicious cretan food. Everything i tried was a delight,the House salad with greens and caramelized apaki,the snails stifado and the beef liver with caramelized onions. The cheesecake was the cherry on top. I recommend it wholeheartedly and will revisit whenever i am in Aegina. Edit:Visited even a 2nd time and it was as glorious as the previous one. This time around,it was mushrooms sauteted in garlic sauce,the same salad which i obviously adore,the Chania sausage and the pork(soft neck part) tigania.All delicious.

A restaurant with fresh seafood. I received dessert, a drink and a very good appetizer from the house. I ordered saganachi shrimp, octopus and squid. They were accompanied by a large plate with Greek salad. Plus 2 large bottles of water. Total cost 50 Euros FOR a Familiy with 1 child

Oh my jesus! I had the worst experience ever in my life. I had a piece of plastic wrap in my food. I immediately called the waiter and took it out from mouth to show him. He grabbed my food and plastic wrap instead of apologizing he asked me if I want anything else. His reaction was like it’s something usual to have a plastic wrap in the food… Then he immediately sent sweets (as they give for free when you ask the bill) like he just wanted to get rid of us so we wont complain. No professionalism, no responsibility! The other waiter brought the sweets and I have told him what I just experienced and how disappointed I am with the behavior of the waiter that was serving us.

This place was great. We aren’t experts in Greek food but we loved this. The salads, the bread, the καρμπονάρα, it was all incredible. Very nice feeling, feels like a family restaurant. It was so good we had to go twice. Very kind owners and staff. When we come back to Aegina this will be first stop.
