This Storybook Southern City Turns Into a Holiday Wonderland With Sleigh Rides, Rooftop Igloos, and Gingerbread Art

"For holiday shopping, this market at the decked-out Grand Bohemian Lodge is a must; running Nov. 28 to Dec. 28, it brings together over 30 local vendors selling handmade ornaments, jewelry, and seasonal treats, with live music, photo ops with Santa, and a kids’ story hour that make it a festive stop for families." - Lauren Dana Ellman Lauren Dana Ellman Lauren Dana Ellman is a New York-based writer and editor who specializes in travel, lifestyle, food, and shopping content. Really great atmosphere! Tons of vendors to visit. Free family entertainment. Excellent food, coffee, drinks, options, staff. Definitely a great Christmas Show! They obviously care about their overall customer experience. Recommend highly.

We attended in 2021 and did not purchase tickets to return for 2022. I just felt like the tix are too expensive for my family for what you get. Very long wait times to ride the little train and to see Santa, food lines were not as bad but still tedious. Bounce houses were fun for the kids and less of a wait. All in all would not return simply because the price is steep to spend the majority of the day waiting in lines with two very cranky, impatient children. I wish it was more affordable for families with a tighter income- say $5 so that multiple child lower income families could participate as well.

Definitely will get you in the Christmas Spirit! Amazing transformation of the Stadium to a Christmas Village with a German theme. Many vendors on hand with exquisite hand made merchandise for purchase. Good food and beverages. Get bigger and better every year! Fire works were amazing!

If you want to be European, you have it for free and let people pay for any activities, food, and drink. Charging a cover charge to get in isn't European. And as a person without kids who won't be using the bounce houses, Santa, or any other of the kids activities, it's a waste. Been to many Christmas markets in Germany, England, France, Portugal, and the Netherlands and never paid to get in. Paid less in parking for a whole day in Köln than the entry fee here. Will be at the TR Christmas market instead.

Had such a great time here!! Loved the shopping, gluhwein and inflatables for kids. Will definitely be back next year!

Great concept but charging people just to enter ain’t it.
