Stayed here for a study abroad program. Hotel looked nice, but that's it. We were placed on a smoking floor, and it was suffocatingly bad. Overshadowed the entire stay. Food is okay, but could be better. Bag service was nice as well, but the staff weren't well versed in English. Nice restaurant, but that's the only highlight during my stay. Would not stay again.

Krishna Palace surpassed my expectations in every aspect. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I had attended a function at the banquet hall of Krishna Palace Hotel. The decor was very aesthetically done and the food was delectable. However, the servers had to be called time and again for the starters. This is one flaw that needs to be checked.

Giving 3 stars only As usually they top service It's was good except that this time there was a big power failure and they didn't even a generator even for a lift as back up power. Because of which while our event was going on on 6th floor, due to no lights one lady had major fracture. Many who can not climb down/up stairs were forced to use staircase . Many cars were stuck in parking area till the power is restored by BEST. Wondering why a hotel of such abgood reputation didn't have provision for power back up.

Rooms are reasonably clean, although the furniture shows its age. Amenities are basic but sufficient. The hotel has a club, the vibrations from which travel through the building until the early hours of the morning on weekends.

Had a family gathering over here. Has connectivity with western line. They have valet parking, but getting to the hotel is a difficult. Food was great. veg as well as non-veg. The staff provides excellent service.

Best place for all time eatings, vegetarians as well as non vegetarian. Good for function, parties and functions. cozy rooms, big building, many floors for staying. Situated in the middle of Mumbai,next to Grant Road Railway station and Nana Chowk.

I got given a room that smelled of cigarettes. I asked to be moved the following morning. They stated they would move me by midday. By 6pm I still hadn’t been moved to a different room. They then moved me around 7pm to another room that smelled of cigarettes. When complaining to reception, they were rude and started asking why I hadn’t asked to be moved sooner. They were not willing to move me or to refund me arguing I’d used the room all day (which I hadn’t - I’d been waiting for them to move me but I spent no time in the room as it stank of cigarettes). I eventually booked another hotel. Krishna Palace stated that I could leave and that they would not charge me. After I left, they then charged my card anyway so I ended up paying for two hotels for the same night. They were so rude and unpleasant to me. I really would not recommmed.
