We stayed at Krishna Palace Hotel for ten days and had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all amenities functioning perfectly.|One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet — it was consistently excellent every morning. The spread offered great variety and quality, with fresh items and changing selections that kept things interesting.|Special thanks to Mr. Sanjeev Tiwari and his team for their warm and attentive service. They ensured every meal was a pleasant experience and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.|Overall, Krishna Palace Hotel delivered a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and great food. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mumbai!

I had gone for a marriage & they booked the room for us saying it’s a 4 star hotel at Grant road, Mumbai.Bad location.I wouldn’t give it even 1 star but no zero available for rating.The rooms were very small.Tiny toilet with door opening inside with no exhaust fan.western toilet at the height of one foot near the floor,hygiene faucet on the left side, no hand shower & tiny bathtub to climb.All the hazards for elderly people,pregnant ladies & physically challenged people.No ventilation available so the room & bathroom were stinking. Narrow corridor & people talking noisily much after midnight.Very bad experience at breakfast, Not much choice,bad taste,rude staff.Would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible management, bad overall hotel. Me and my wife had booked Krishna Palace Hotel for 3 days. While booking, there was no option to select a king bed, so we called them and they said if it’s available on the day, they’ll allot it since it’s the same room category. Fair enough. But when we reached, they suddenly said since we booked through Agoda and got a lower price, we’ll have to pay extra if we want a joint bed instead of twin beds. Imagine that. We had to argue a lot because they were going back on what they said over the phone just because we got a discount. They also charged a ₹1500 security deposit at check-in, for no reason. The room we got was bad, had flies, soiled towels, AC barely worked, no slippers, no laundry bag, and they never refilled toiletries. Felt like a cheap 2-star place pretending to be a 4-star. Honestly, just skip this one. Terrible experience, never visiting again.

It's Easilly Accessible for all because it's nearby station and the hotel is pure veg so that's the plus point and we'll mannered management under control of cleanliness and hygiene the banquets also provide such gesture looks that every movement which we looks it's an complete family friendly hotel ....

This should have been a 4 or even a 5 star rating but because of the poor attitude of the reception and management staff it did nothing to endear us to the place. This is with the exception of the door staff, cleaners and bell boys - who were excellent.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unavailability of rooms, despite prior assurances from Nivea and Rodrigues. Unfortunately, the commitments made were not honored. Additionally, I experienced unprofessional behavior from Nivea, who disconnected the call abruptly without offering any assistance or courtesy. Simply stating “no rooms available” without any effort to resolve the issue reflects poorly on the customer service standards. I request that this matter be looked into and appropriate action taken to prevent similar experiences in the future.

For the past 6 years we are in business with Hotel Krishna Palace Residency. My words can't express our gratitude for their excellent hospitality and courteous service. Mr. Vijay Srivastav is the most approachable person who is experimentall in our successful meeting. Mr Kalbir Singh from banquets, Mr. Sanjeev Tiwari and each and every staff has made our event successfull. Kudos to the entire management. Looking forward to the best service once again in March 2026
