While the hotel looks great from the outside, the actual rooms are a disaster. We booked a two-night stay but checked out after just one night because the conditions were unbearable. The Reality: • Shady Vibes: Despite the polished lobby/exterior, the rooms felt like a cheap, rundown lodge. The maintenance is non-existent. • Disgusting Bathrooms: The washroom was in such a filthy state that my wife refused to even use it. If you value basic hygiene, this is not the place for you. • Poor Room Condition: Everything felt "off" and poorly maintained. It is a classic "bait and switch" where the property looks premium but the rooms are bottom-tier. Bottom line: We paid for two nights but fled after one. It’s a shady lodge masquerading as a nice hotel. Avoid this place.

Krishna Palace in Bani Park is a charming heritage hotel that really feels like staying in a traditional Jaipur haveli. The building has beautiful old architecture and a peaceful vibe, with a rooftop and garden restaurant that makes evenings relaxing. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to Jaipur Junction and Sindhi Camp bus station, which makes travel easy. Perfect for travelers who want a mix of comfort, culture, and affordability.

We made a mistake by seeing the pictures and ignoring other travelers review. 90 percentage of the complaints raised are valid. 1) Dirty mattresses and sofa 2) Old and Faded towels 3) Dirty smells in the room 4) leaking bathroom ceiling, no exhaust fan 5) missing wardrobe etc. Ignoring all these issues, room was enough to accommodate 4 of us.

We were a bit dubious because of the reviews this hotel got so we went to have lunch there to see how accurate the bad reviews were and they are not accurate at all. We ended up leaving our other hotel to spend the rest of our time in Jaipur at this place. The staff was so pleasant, helpful, quick. For what you pay this hostel offers amazing value for the money, we felt like we were stepping into a fairytale, the decoration, quiet, it was a balm to the chaotic vibe of Jaipur.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience Paid around ₹6000 per room and the service was nowhere close to that standard. No proper car parking, extremely poor hygiene with spit marks visible around the property. Toiletries were missing from the washroom, rooms were poorly lit with half the lights not working, and basic maintenance was lacking. The property has potential but is badly managed. The manager was rude and unhelpful, often responding with “it’s your problem.” Overall, very disappointing.

⭐ Overpriced and Poorly Managed This hotel is a classic example of a good property ruined by bad management. No parking facility, unhygienic surroundings, and zero attention to cleanliness. Housekeeping staff don’t even follow a proper dress code. Despite paying ₹6000 per room, we didn’t even get basic toiletries. The manager’s attitude was rude and dismissive. Definitely not worth the price.

Had a comfortable stay at krishna palace jaipur. The room was cozy, hospitality was outstanding and the food was delicious . The haveli was bright and well ventilated designs to feel both spacious and inviting . Meals are skillfully prepared . And the rooftop restaurant underrated and place is so peaceful plus the railway station is 1.2 km away. one of the best palace in jaipur with affordable price the place is give full royal vibes and i love the ambience of this haveli .highly recommended

Hotel acceptable and clean, but towels and bedding are grey not white!! The hotel is in need of being refurbished. Breakfast is quite limited but ok. Lots of staff but very very slow service. We joined our group of friends at the pool side for drinks …. Waited 35 mins for 2 beers which never arrived and in the end our friends gave us 2 of there’s! Then decided to get dinner at the hotel there was a 50 mins wait for dinner and there was only us in the restaurant and the dinner we ordered was chicken with mash potatoes but meal came with wedges (probably left from breakfast). Our friend had fish and chips and the fish was so over cooked it wasn’t edible. They did, however, waiver the bill for her. On our second day a coach arrived carrying a group of people for a two day convention but the rest of the hotel guests just got forgotten… to add insult to injury the convention group decided to party big style in the room adjacent to ours and at 1.30 am I decided to go down to reception and get them to knock on the door of the people partying, which very reluctantly they did, it took ages for them to answer the door due to the noise inside the room and then I had to tell them to “shut up and for them to be more respectful of the rest of the hotel guests” …. It did the trick and the party seemed to dissipate. … I don’t think it should have been my job to tell the convention people to shut up it should have been done by the hotel reception staff … so not a bad place to stay but clearly you get treated very differently.
