Had a really good time at KP Haveli. Service was incredible - Nikhil helped us arrange a car from our hotel in Udaipur (with a stop at the amazing Ranakpur Jain Temple) and then also helped with a sending us an item we had left behind! The food was great (recommend the Makhni Daal) and the room suited us well. Brill views from restaurant too. So lovely to have a pool as well which we used every day with no one else in it!! Well-located although a short walk to the heritage ‘Blue City’ part. Would really recommend for those looking to stay in Jodhpur.

I’m writing this on behalf of my parents, who had the worst hotel experience ever at this property. From the moment they arrived, everything went wrong: 1. Dirty and Unhygienic: The restaurant was filthy, with spiders found in glasses and utensils. 2. Outdated and Broken Facilities: The room had a 1970s box TV that didn’t work. 3. No Service: There was no staff available to assist with anything, and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. 4. Power Outage: There was a power cut at midnight, and no backup generator was provided. 5. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely unaccountable. 6. Awful Location: The hotel is situated on a dirt road, making it hard to access. This hotel is a total scam – unsafe and in horrible condition. It’s shameful that it’s even listed on MakeMyTrip. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you want to have a good time in Jodhpur! I would give it 0 stars if I could

One of the most rude and unprofessional receptionist. We land at the hotel at 10am - we had a long flight and had asked for an early checkin. While the early checkin wasn’t available — we were asked to keep our bags on the side and wait for the rooms to be cleaned. When it came to checking in, one of our phone was dead. So we have an ID and for another ID we requested for a checkin so we can charge our phones and actually just give them the second ID. To which again the whole rude behaviour of give your ID here only, you can’t checkin without it, blah blah blah. I haven’t faced this arm twisting and rude behaviour anywhere in Jodhpur or Rajasthan. Don’t stay at this property. Guys - Rajasthan is known for warm hospitality, you guys are the opposite of that.

The property is almost like a mini maze. Rooftop restaurant has a very nice view with the Mehrangarh Fort in front of us. The rooms had an old Rajasthani touch to it but the beds were not that good. Washrooms were very clean. Unfortunately they lack a generator because they don’t have the permission to install it just like the other hotels in the area and which was a huge issue for us since the power was out for more than 6-7 hours that too during peak summer. Owner and their staff was very polite and cooperative and even let me use the pool after closing hours. Their food and breakfast was excellent and well prepared. The swimming pool felt a bit unsettling and scary since it was kind of situated in a dark and damp place. Overall the location is hard to reach by car because of very narrow lanes but scooter or auto rickshaw will be fine. Most of the tourist places are nearby and can be visited just by walking. Other than Indians, Europeans,Australians and Russians frequently visit this place.

I stayed here with my family and had a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool was an amazing treat for the afternoon after a hot day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and dinner with a wonderful view of the fort.

Definitely, Nice place to stay. The one and only reason to stay there for the view, The view from the hotel is terrific The room isn't that clean and No generator, power cuts can last up to 4 hours. No dental kit. Owner is rude...

Mild place to stay in my regards. The food blunt with no taste. The chicken burger was so bad. At night they put loud music that could wake the whole neighborhood. Had tough days and just wanted to have some sleep, here the loud music coming up... urrggghhh!!! Could barely sleep during my stay. The location is good and beautiful.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms with good AC. Great view of the fort, although the lights didn't come on at night. WIFI didn't work in the rooms whilst we were staying. Restraunt service was friendly although sometimes hard to find people to order. Reception staff and the owner were helpful when organising TukTuks to the train station. Caution, in Jodhpur everyone tries to get comission by recommending shops to you wherever you are staying. If you shop, be aware you will likely be paying a big percentage more than things are worth.
