This hotel is at a very nice location and they have good variety of rooms. We liked the Premium modern rooms with sea view from balcony.The rooms are neat and clean. The restaurant is Okay. They have a pool for kids too.. The hammock with a great view gives a nice holiday vibe. The staff are helpful but it would be great if they could greet guests with a Smile and more welcoming gesture. The boys at the restaurant were very good with their prompt services. Overall great place to stay with a nice view and manageable food.

The hotel is at a great location at the beginning of the cliff walk with several local cafes, shops and beautiful view to the beaches and sunset. The hotel staff are kind and always wanted to help. The rooms are comfortable, bed and air conditioning worked well. The studio upstairs has an amazing view, and wise crows come to entertain you occasionally.The WIFI was slow in the rooms, but they let me work from their office and that WIFI was good. Highly recommend it. Great place to recharge.

1. The room had a strong damp smell, with visible mold on the walls, making it difficult to breathe after just a few minutes. 2. The photos on Google and booking sites are heavily edited and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. 3. There is no mobile network coverage inside the rooms. Although Wi-Fi is available, it does not provide any internet connectivity, making communication nearly impossible. 4. The condition of the toilet was very poor and unhygienic. 5. The buffet food quality is not up to the mark and does not justify the cost. 6. The curtains appear not to have been cleaned for years, giving an unhygienic impression. 7. Out of the four electrical sockets in the room, only one was functional. 8. The toilet door is in bad condition and must be handled carefully. 9. Overall, the pricing is highly exaggerated compared to the actual facilities and quality provided.

Very beautiful stay with a beautiful view. Staff here is very humble and ever smiling be it the reception staff, security guards, restaurant guys and the room cleaning guys. Its nice to be in a place where such positivity lies. they have inhouse yoga classes, ayurveda massage center and a nice and clean pool with stunning view. Its walking distance to all the cool cafes at the cliff like Tattorias, Darjeeling cafe, varkala beach and black sand beach is just a few steps away. We stayed in the rooms next to ayurveda center and pretty spacious rooms. I would say best place to stay at north cliff

Love this place. The staff have such kind energy and work so hard to please. Location is perfect above the sacred Holy Beach. I truly feel at home here and hope to return for my 4th year in 2026.

Poor show, booked sea view and got nothing view, also rooms are very congested, they offered an upgrade but that too isn’t feasible. We can’t change rooms every day on a holiday. They are not very receptive as seen in the reviews before too they are really not receptive of criticism.food is fine and strictly average and location is good with beach view. No access to the beach the days we stayed.Not that great service, strictly average for the price we pay. There are much better stays in Varkala in better prices. Better Avoid

Krishnathreeram resort has one of the best views you can find – absolutely stunning and so refreshing. The location is also very convenient and peaceful, which makes the stay really enjoyable. The rooms are okay, decent enough for a comfortable stay, but it’s truly the views and the surroundings that make this place special. A good choice if you want to relax and enjoy nature.

It was a mixed experience in Krishnatheeram resort. The location of the resort is well accessible by road and at the cliff near to black sand beach. The check-in process was seamless and the service provided by the team was excellent. Plus points: 1. The sculptures, paintings and architecture of the property. 2. The pool facing the cliff beach and the sunset views. 3. The outdoor seafaced restaurant seating and selfie points exclusive for the property 4. The best team associated with the property for Ayurvedic treatments Points to consider 1. The breakfast buffet arrangement and spread could have been better 2. Not all are sea-facing rooms as mentioned while booking
