Great service, no actually, service was outstanding. Mari was pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. Best customer service experience, from online ordering (with reminder to pick up) through to actual collection. Sadly, the product was not up to the usual (or at least, expected) standard. Appearance and freshness was definitely lacking. Flavour was great and order was correct but just didn't look or seem that fresh today.

If you are big fan of doughnuts then there's no comparison of Krispy Kreme doughnuts with any other doughnuts eatery in Sydney. What they called, go with the flow, with tradition of every event they introduce new flavour of doughnut each time and recently we tried lemon flavour doughnut which gives you such a tangy flavour that you have never experienced before. Always love to come.

Took advantage of the Krispy Kreme deal — got a free box of glazed donuts with a purchase. The drive-thru was quick and efficient. Loved the variety of donut options, and so far, everything has been delicious. Definitely a sweet treat worth trying!

Friendly staff and tasty donuts!! Decent prices too, especially with an Emergency Services 25% discount! Around $2.17 per donut for a pack of 12 is epic!!!

Always a treat stopping by Krispy Kreme Auburn! The donuts are consistently fresh, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. It’s clear the team works hard to keep things running smoothly. One small suggestion: given the high foot traffic and local demographic, it would be great to keep a closer eye on the restroom cleanliness. Otherwise, everything else is top-notch. Keep up the great work!

The cashier kept shooting me dirty looks and talked to a very rude way. I got takeaway and with the food they, really really REALLY changed the size to the dounts, they were so small that to a point there was still space left for more donuts inside the dozen box. Then it came for the food, it was really chewy and dry and tastless but they only thing that made me call down was the atmosphere. You guys need to train your staff to be better and respectful and always keep fresh food or you guys just want the money, very very disappointed 😞

Krispy Kreme will always be my favourite and number 1 store for getting donuts. Visiting the Auburn Krispy Kreme store was very welcoming as crew members served my dad and I with all smiles bringing joy to our days. Thank you ☺️

Old-fashioned milkshake anyone? Ever noticed that no matter how much things change, you will always love the food you had as a child? My cousin always preferred making her own milkshake from stirring ice-creams till they melted away, as milkshakes are otherwise very liquidy and watery. But, none of that at Krispy Kreme. Here, their milkshakes are thick and creamy and tasty! I bet, if she had one here, she would probably sue them for stealing her concept! Available in Chocolate, Strawberry, Caramel, Vanilla and Banana. I've tried the 3 oldest flavours - Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry. Love them all. Krispy Kreme has a very good deal in summer for milkshakes and doughnut combos. Definitely looking forward to trying their Caramel this season..

When going through the drive-thru you'd think some napkins would be common place to offer. But no. This crappy location lacks any customer service.
