Kristal Hotel Kupang

The Kristal Hotel Kupang has very friendly, kind and helpful staff. The hotel is big and is spread out. If your room is in the far wing you have to walk some distance. Our room was very spacious and clean but could do with some maintenance.|As is also the case with other premises. But despite that we found it a nice hotel

I love everything about this hotel! We have stayed 4 times and honestly it gets better each time. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, rooms are great, food is great and in a perfect location. Would not stay anywhere else in Kupang. Great hotel for families and couples.

Currently on a business trip, we are at the Kristal Kupang Hotel, at first glance this hotel looks busy, there is no security to help us, to park the car, the lobby is spacious, fragrant and fragrant, the check in process is fast, thank you Ms. Angel, we got directions to get to the room, but unfortunately, why is there no room number on the hotel wall so it was quite difficult for us, with the help of Room Service who greeted us warmly, very impressed by the friendliness of all the staff available at this hotel.||sea view from room with balcony, equipped with chairs, very comfortable. coffee machine, complete amenities, spacious bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer functions well, for us it is a shame that in some parts of the room, there are many sockets that are not well installed, tilted, so they look aesthetic,...|The hot water that came out of the bathtub had an inconsistent temperature, so it was a surprise because the water could suddenly become very hot or cold again (in the hot tap position) so that we were less comfortable soaking, even though our bodies were tired and needed to relax more.||the AC didn't turn on properly, it felt hot ||lunch at the restaurant, the menu was all delicious, food and drinks with large portions and affordable prices plus a cozy atmosphere, and everything we ordered was recommended by the humble restaurant staff, and the choices were very appropriate ||the window curtains don't fold properly, so they look messy |A beautiful dim night, with the waves crashing on the beach, songs from local singers at Cafe Buritos, even more complete with a BBQ feel, complete package-||The appetizing breakfast menu, and the most interesting one, instant noodles, is different from the others. Crystal hotel restaurant with a delicious menu.||We hope that the Crystal Hotel will pay more attention to the installation structure so that it looks neater and safer. and remain consistent in maintaining the taste of the food, restaurant, and continuously improving the best service for its guests

Broken doors ,people Knocking on doors at 1am, broken beds we needed to change rooms because of the broken bed, all of the breakfast items are spicy and not yummy at all,the hotel restaurant appetizers are soo expensive rp80.000 for Fettuccine just go to the nearest indomaret it's like a 5 minuite walk and buy some crispy chicken,hotel the room is soo far from the lobby and this by far my worst experience at Kristal hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the nice staff at the lobby

The hotel looks great on the website - nice rooms - however they put me in the old section which was a disaster. The room was so old, smelt so musty, carpet and bathroom were marked and disgusting from years of use. I had no hot water for 2 days , had to phone for towels and toilet paper refill every day . Restaurant was poor with no choices available . The bed was so uncomfortable and the curtains were old and threadbare . Never again .

I got old hotel room, because I booked Superior Room.If you want to new hotel room, you can booked Grand Deluxe Room.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, food choices are quite varied, sea view is ok, good place for families

The room was dirty, the bed linen was untidy and messy. Booked 2 weeks in advance for a connecting room and paid in full when booking but upon check-in it turned out that the clerk had booked the wrong room & there was no solution. Will not return here; better try another hotel with better service and cleaner.
