Kristal Hotel Kupang

Each time I visit Kupang, most of the time I stay here. As usual the hotel looks good and the beach is behind the hotel. I like the location for morning run. My room is located in the new building which is very far walking to get there. The room looked old but it was fine and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious but still almost with the same menu everyday. A bit boring. The toilet was good but the washer and the closet washer did not work well. The same problem with other rooms where my colleague stayed. It is better for management to check on each rooms and repairs the toilet equipment. The cafe near the pool is good and you can spend your afternoon sitting and having snack and coffee include beer. Awesome.

Very good quality price ratio. The pool is amazing, the breakfast is fine. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Some equipments and amenities are a little old (carpets, room doors, etc), which explain the low price for such a nice hotel. We had the best time chilling on our ocean view terrace or next to the pool. Definitely recommend

Staying here in transit after sailing with a ship from Wetar Island, Maluku. The hotel is so comfort, not hectic, with a wonderful beach and sea views. The facility is okay, staffs are very helpful and friendly, also the breakfast is delicious. Will be back here someday.

Very nice place and in front of the sea and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the management needs to maintain the rooms and also the things around Eg the doors and also the toilet door( it is spoil already). Over all ,l will go back there again if l am in Kupang.

When staying here for about three days, I felt very happy and comfortable because the service was very satisfying, the staff was very friendly and always paid attention to the needs of its customers. This hotel also has complete, safe and comfortable facilities such as bedrooms, AC, bathrooms, and others. In addition, the facilities are also complete with a swimming pool. The food here is also varied and delicious of course. The location is also close to Alfamart and ATMs. From the balcony, I can enjoy the beautiful view of the combination of the sea and sunset in the afternoon. I’ve stayed at Kristal Hotel Kupang twice tgis year, once in January and again in April. Both experiences were consistently excellent. For me, its the best hotel in Kupang City so far. The Kristal Hotel Kupang has very friendly, kind and helpful staff. The hotel is big and is spread out. If your room is in the far wing you have to walk some distance. Our room was very spacious and clean but could do with some maintenance.|As is also the case with other premises. But despite that we found it a nice hotel
