Kristal Hotel Kupang

Very good quality price ratio. The pool is amazing, the breakfast is fine. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Some equipments and amenities are a little old (carpets, room doors, etc), which explain the low price for such a nice hotel. We had the best time chilling on our ocean view terrace or next to the pool. Definitely recommend

When staying here for about three days, I felt very happy and comfortable because the service was very satisfying, the staff was very friendly and always paid attention to the needs of its customers. This hotel also has complete, safe and comfortable facilities such as bedrooms, AC, bathrooms, and others. In addition, the facilities are also complete with a swimming pool. The food here is also varied and delicious of course. The location is also close to Alfamart and ATMs. From the balcony, I can enjoy the beautiful view of the combination of the sea and sunset in the afternoon. I’ve stayed at Kristal Hotel Kupang twice tgis year, once in January and again in April. Both experiences were consistently excellent. For me, its the best hotel in Kupang City so far. The Kristal Hotel Kupang has very friendly, kind and helpful staff. The hotel is big and is spread out. If your room is in the far wing you have to walk some distance. Our room was very spacious and clean but could do with some maintenance.|As is also the case with other premises. But despite that we found it a nice hotel

I love everything about this hotel! We have stayed 4 times and honestly it gets better each time. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, rooms are great, food is great and in a perfect location. Would not stay anywhere else in Kupang. Great hotel for families and couples.

The hotel looks great on the website - nice rooms - however they put me in the old section which was a disaster. The room was so old, smelt so musty, carpet and bathroom were marked and disgusting from years of use. I had no hot water for 2 days , had to phone for towels and toilet paper refill every day . Restaurant was poor with no choices available . The bed was so uncomfortable and the curtains were old and threadbare . Never again .

Broken doors ,people Knocking on doors at 1am, broken beds we needed to change rooms because of the broken bed, all of the breakfast items are spicy and not yummy at all,the hotel restaurant appetizers are soo expensive rp80.000 for Fettuccine just go to the nearest indomaret it's like a 5 minuite walk and buy some crispy chicken,hotel the room is soo far from the lobby and this by far my worst experience at Kristal hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the nice staff at the lobby
