Wow. What an amazing place. |We stayed here for my fiancées birthday for three nights. The location is honestly as good as it gets. |The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable all round. Whilst there is a lot going on outside you can relax in peace in your room. ||We went for dinner at the restaurant to celebrate my fiancées birthday. I was a little hesitant from some reviews. But wow. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for more. The service was 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for more. We travel a lot and really like good food, and this did not disappoint. |Good value for money, and the best night. |The staff were honestly amazing. Service was so quick but high standard. |Made our holiday!

The Mostar city and region were a wonderful experience The best part of our trip was the staff at the hotel. At every turn, they made our experience the best one could ask for- and more. We felt more as though we were visiting a group of friends home, rather than staying at a hotel They took care of her every need. The hotel itself is a unique, UNESCO-protected building full of character. Dining on the small, romantic terrace during the traditional dinner was simply outstanding. The lamb and fish dishes were perfectly prepared – flavorful, tender, and unforgettable. It was a truly magical experience that we’ll never forget. The perfect combination of a dreamlike location, warm hospitality, and exceptional service makes this hotel a true gem. We felt completely at ease and are already looking forward to our next stay! We stayed at Hotel Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija for two nights, arriving from Dubrovnik in the late afternoon, and from the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. We were greeted with a welcome drink and shown to our beautiful Room 101—a newly appointed, quiet, and incredibly comfortable room with the added bonus of a patio right off the dining area, where the kind staff checked in on us and brought drinks throughout our stay.||The location is unbeatable—tucked right in Old Town with postcard-perfect views of the mountains, minarets, and the 16th-century Crooked Bridge over the Radobolja River. It’s just a short walk to the Bazaar and Mostar Bridge, yet peaceful and calm at night.||Dinner on the patio was a highlight of our stay. We enjoyed the traditional sača meal—slow-cooked under the bell—and finished with Bosnian cake and a toast of cherry brandy or grappa. Every bite was delicious! Breakfast each morning was generous and satisfying.||Special thanks to Jasmin, Ajdin, Nadim, and Anel—their warmth and attention to detail truly elevated our stay.||Kriva Ćuprija is a first-class experience, deeply relaxing and unforgettable. We had a wonderful stay at the Kriva Cuprija (which is Crooked Bridge, as the hotel is part of the UNESCO site). Its location is wonderful, gate 1 is the hotel entry from the street, gate 2 is the hotel to the Crooked Bridge, and gate 3 (up two flights of stairs is to the bazaar and a short walk to Old Bridge. This hotel is in the old city, so there is noise at night from bar music and a general hum of people. The staff is superb. They were upset with me for bringing our bags down for checkout. We had sac(h) dinners in their restaurant, preferring the fish to the lamb. Some reviews complained about the room layout. We found it worked well. The bathroom is part of the room, separated by glass and curtain, which allows one to use the bathroom with complete privacy. A very good solution for needing to build a hotel in a UNESCO zone. The hotel also arranged for our transfer to the train station, with the driver coming down the steps to carry our luggage. The only downside to our entire stay was noisy guests leaving in the morning waking us with noise from the hallway. The hotel was in the process of changing payments systems, so we needed to pay in cash (Euros or BAMs). Not a significant issue as their is an ATM literally five steps from their third gate into the bazaar. Definitely a place to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the entire property is very well maintained. It’s perfect for families – safe, welcoming, and with plenty of amenities to keep everyone comfortable. The location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions, and the view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke multiple languages, which made communication effortless. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Hospitality was exceptional and hotel is in the center of Mostar. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Rooms were nice and comfortable. You have two parking options; 1. Park on the street without needing to pay (hotel has an agreement with the municipality so if you get a ticket, the front desk will take care of it) or 2. Use parking lot near the hotel. We used option 1 and it was generally easy to find a spot if you can parallel park. If you can’t find a spot you always have option 2. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and vegetable and and a nice assortment of eggs, meats and cheeses. The peach juice was our favorite! We had the traditional Bosnian dinner which was delicious but the price is higher compared to restaurants in the surrounding area. Exceptional place to stay and would definitely stay at Kriva Cuprija again on a future visit!
