Kriva Cuprija Hotel

This hotel was absolutely amazing and perfectly suited to the spirit of the city. Staying here truly helped me experience the town in an authentic way. The service was incredibly friendly and warm — the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive. The food was especially delicious and thoughtfully prepared, adding even more to the overall experience. What makes this place truly special is the location. I could step right outside my room, walk just a few steps, and find myself in the heart of the Old City, surrounded by shops and more than 500-year-old cobblestone streets and buildings that lead directly to the Old Bridge. It felt immersive, historic, and unforgettable. The only criticism I would offer is regarding the interior furnishings. While tasteful and comfortable, the modern Scandinavian and Mediterranean style does not fully reflect or respect the historic character of the building or its surroundings. A design approach more aligned with the local history and environment would elevate the experience even further. That said, I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed in many ways. First of all, the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Being so close to the Old Town made it very easy for us to explore the area and enjoy the city without any hassle. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very well designed. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. Most importantly, the cleanliness was outstanding. The room and all common areas were spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. However, the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. All the employees were extremely kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. They were always smiling, very welcoming, and ready to help us with anything we needed. They gave us great advice, assisted us with every request, and made us feel truly at home. The service, cleanliness, location, and overall facilities of the hotel were not just good — they were excellent. We would like to sincerely thank the entire team once again for their hospitality and support. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff were so welcoming - we were given a drink and small snack on arrival, given recommendations for places to visit, and sorted out luggage, including taking it back to the car for us when we left. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good (not a huge range given it’s a small hotel, but good food). The location is also super convenient (close enough I could run back to grab something I forgot whilst eating dinner at a nearby restaurant!) The bar is also nice for a post-dinner drink. This would definitely be my first choice next time I go to Mostar!

From the moment we arrived, all the staff made us feel so welcomed and at home.... truly an A+ experience. Damir & Adin + night shift team member were so kind + willing to help with whatever we needed. They went above and beyond, helping us with parking for our rental car 🚗, suggesting the best adventures 🏞️, and even sharing cultural insights that made our stay extra meaningful. The complimentary breakfast was FABULOUS 🍳🥐 and the perfect way to start the day. Wifi was super fast & the beds were super comfy! The location was top tier right in the middle of MOSTAR & you could walk everywhere in town. Such a GREAT spot!! Between the warm hospitality, beautiful property, and unbeatable location by the Star Most bridge, I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and hope to be back soon! JUST GORGEOUS!!!💯

Our stay at Hotel Kriva Cuprija was absolutely wonderful! The location could not be more perfect, you literally step out the door and you’re right in the heart of the Old Town. But what makes this hotel special is the amazing staff. I didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, but Jannat and Yasmin were so lovely, always looking out for us and happy to help with anything we needed. Anel and Adel were equally fantastic, they went above and beyond to help arrange a beautiful anniversary dinner for us out on the terrace. Anel decorated the space so beautifully, even adding a lovely anniversary message, which made the evening so memorable. We stayed for three nights and had such a lovely time. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special, we can’t wait to come back!

An exceptional stay at an exceptional hotel! The service was among the best service I have ever received at a hotel. The staff could not do enough for you. From helping with bags to your room and back to your car, to giving local recommendations and always being on hand to help. Truly exceptional! The facilities were also great, comfy beds and very clean. Complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival was a lovely surprise and breakfast was a welcome treat in the morning. The hotel is also ideally located to the old town, only a very short walk to the famous old bridge. All for a very reasonable price. Fully recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay whilst exploring Mostar. Thank you!
