Only 4 stars for a specific reason, this is no reflection on the staff or resteraunt. We were a party of 6 and had the "Num Banh Chok with Chicken curry and Organs. None of us ate it, and we did actually feel rude leaving it. As all of us didn't eat it I believe its just a difference in Western palates, we dont eat that part of chicken. The staff and resteraunt were otherwise great, and the chefs really good, just that one dish that caused an East/West food clash.

I was so disappointed with their dim sum. It was overpriced and definitely not worth it. Service was slow. We had to ask for simple things like soy sauce or another drink from multiple servers. There were only 4 parties in the location at the time, and 8 staff members stood around the bar chatting and not assertive. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. Items look good on pictures, but they lack flavor. Hence why we had to ask for more soy sauce multiple times.

Average dim sum. Most blah ice had in Asia. They didn't serve water, didn't serve soy sauce. Views are nice, especially if you love seeing the Sokha Hotel so grab a beer and then leave.

We had a very nice coffee for a reasonable price plus a big bottle of water,- 2 Cambodian ice- coffee, one large bottle of water with a nice view over the river,- in a cool shadowed place. Lovely,- can recommend it.

Nice view of the Mekong River. I ordered seafood Fried Rice and Beef Fried Noodles. Taste was OK considering the price was only about $5 per dish.

This is a beutiful view at river side it very close to Royal palace and National Musuem. the price also reasonable. I trongly recommend this place for all people wish to relax after full day trip in Capital city Phnom Penh.

Good riverside location excellent for people watching as it is right beside the promenade. The signature pork noodle soup was excellent but the curry noodles with chicken and eggplant was pretty average. The menu was amusing though - not sure what beef foot is but didn’t quite dare to try it.

Good quality food street food style. Staff is very attentive.
