Kroger

This Kroger is a staple in the community. Came in around 8am the day before Thanksgiving and everything is still in stocked, nice and neat. The carts were available which typically they are all throughout the parking lot if you come later in the day. Still has an odor that’s been there for years. Overall, I’m satisfied with the progress the management is doing here trying to make the store better for our community. Very satisfied with the amount of stock still available the day before thanksgiving! Keep up the good work 😊

Listen, I don’t know about y’all, but I am a consistent shopper of the bakery here and I must give it to Skyler or Skylar in the bakery. She is fabulous and so sweet. I usually order cookies and she prepares the cookies around second shift later in the days is when I usually order and they are always on point I mean perfect! She must be the reason they’re always sold out! Give her a raise immediately !!! She knows what she is doing

Kroger Seasoned Turkey Burger. I tried to eat the turkey burger; I wanted it to be good. It was terrible like pulpy paper, chewy, dry. Not enough meat in the texture. Also had bits of white stretchy stuff in it…I’m not sure what it was. I tried to doctor the meat, mashed a couple of patties, added seasonings. Ended up throwing some patties out. Hated to waste the money and time, but I couldn’t eat the mystery meat.

I shop at this location often as it is the closest Kroger to me. I was there Today around 4:00 and was followed and watched by management and associates the entire time I was shopping, as if I was going to steal something. I understand theft may be common in the area, but it is NEVER okay to have your associates follow and watch people, to the point of being painfully obvious and making your shoppers feel extremely uncomfortable during their shopping experience. Do better! ( If I could give a Zero I would! )

This krogers is selling expired food 😤 i went and got a jar of tartar sauce and when I got home to get ready to use it, it said Best by 8/20/2025 and here it is 2/7/2026 🤔 this will be my last time coming to this store, they need to closed it down.

Cool for the most part... but your sushi the fridge. Why is there no chopsticks?

Prices are good. I've been to really nice, updated Kroger stores and I've been to some older, not so nice Krogers. The updated stores are clean and bright and have a good selection. But the older store was ran down, kinda dark, and the shelves were a complete mess. So my advice... Check out the store online before you just go cause it does make a difference in your shopping experience.

No deli, no seafood deli, no fresh cold cuts, no fresh salmon, catfish, crab legs nothing fresh.. Y'all call this regrand opening.This is a downgrade..Yall wouldn't dare make these drastic changes to the Englewood or Centerville store where they are prominently white shoppers . This isn't a grocery store anymore it's the corner store.

Thank you to Kroger management for keeping up on the produce here and making the selections much better than before. It was a long time coming but is a pay off!

The security guard at the Siebenthaler store in Dayton is rude and unprofessional. I have shopped and worked with Kroger for years and this is very disappointing.

Poor customer service. The absolute worst Kroger's I've been to. Trying to shop for my children after getting off work. It was 15 minutes before they Closed I knew I had to hurry. Then they say we can't check out at all unless we where at the register by 9:50. I get people want to get out early but some of us are rushing to be able to feed our family's. On top of everyone being rude because your there smh do better Kroger's.

I shopped online 5/24. I ordered almost 200.00 worth of food. Kroger charged my account twice for the same purchase. I informed them of this. Krogers took one payment and the second charge is still pending. I have called several times and I have talked to several people about this. Everyone is telling me my money won't be released for 10 days. How are they able to hold my money for so long and they see and know they have already been paid. I have a bill that is due to come out of my account today . The money is not there because they won't release it. Now I am going to have to pay charges and fees for there error. It's not fair. You shouldn't be allowed to hold someone's money for 10 days, especially when you already received yours. I am so very upset. I will not be ordering online from Krogers again. My first time and my last. Your error and you still didn't try to resolve the problem. Shame on you Krogers.

I've been using Kroger's delivery services for years and never had a problem till today. My big delivery was delivered to the wrong address! And all customer service could do is refund my money in 7-10 business days! How about remake my order and bring me my groceries ASAP? Out of the question, not an option! So no groceries and I have to wait 7-10 days for my money to be returned. Please make it make sense?

Their customer service is the worst. I normally frequent Krogers and have high opinion of them but this location is just bad

Little upset today that there was no notice of the new hours of this location. I was told that they open up a 7 am now so I hope that my review helps those who patronize this location.

The general manager at this location hates being here and it shows. The customer service is minimal at best rude and neglectful at worst. If you can go somewhere else I suggest you do. No one wants to be there customers and the people that work there. Until the culture (starting at the top) changes it's going to remain the same inside and outside of the store. I remember when this was a good store.

I had two coupons $1.25 off for chicken The cashier said the coupons weren't any good one coupon the date was 922 the second coupon was for 11 20 and she did not scan them she did not give me a receipt when I called back to complain they said they couldn't find the coupons but my brother said he saw her put them in the register those coupons for important to me I have company coming and I wanted to use my coupons to get before I get the money off on the fried chicken but I've lost the coupons they said they couldn't find them and plus she did not give my brother a receipt the customer service was very poor I was on hold for 17 minutes and no one came back to explain anything to me I use my Kroger card

Worst Customer service ever!! Even the managers are just as bad as the employees. I have vowed never to shop at Kroger again!

Thank you Kroger for your pick up option. I'm immune compromised and high risk. The young ladies are truly the sweetest girls ever. Doing a great job. I feel like they deserve recognition. Sure, I wish you had all the things on my list, but it's not your fault. You are doing a wonderful thing. You are keeping us with food on our tables, at risk to your own health. Be proud, because you are the best

I used a delivery service. When I got the receipt, the prices on the receipt were different than the advertised prices.Total overcharge was $9.20. Of course the delivery person did not check the receipt. No positive help from the service desk at the store; I had to call the 800 Kroger number to get an adjustment. I will not shop at this Kroger again.

Being in the area at the time, I thought I'd take a step in and do some shopping. The store is nice, the parking lot, though difficult to maneuver due to everyone thinking they have the right-of-way, is not bad. I give this Kroger one star because apparent;y, being Irish, I'm far too WHITE to be here. EVERY member of staff looked at me like I had personally offended them with my glow-in-the-dark skin. I couldn't even get someone to help me locate an item when I asked. I was scowled at as they quickly moved away. I'm not sure if I blinded them, if they thought my head was on fire (being a red-head as well) or my accent was too thick. I do know I will never again shop at this particular Kroger unless I have no choice.

I have shopped here three times, and I like it. Large store, great selection, good prices. It has a flower shop, pharmacy, and more services. The staff are friendly. They have a lot of motorized carts for those who are unable to walk.

This is my grocery store in my neighborhood. I haven't had any problems EVER. I go every week, I guess I am Black enough. I will say the parking is hard- full lot. That tells me a lot of people like the store. It has been reorganized and added services similar to what you see in the other Krogers I just wish it was larger. It is dangerous for me in Kettering, Centerville, Beavercreek, and Lebanon. That's where I don't feel comfortable. Maybe when I start to feel welcomed in those areas, others will feel welcomed in ours. Delores A.
