I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing issues at Kroger pharmacy Richmond Road Lexington Ky. For months, my prescriptions have never been ready on time. Almost every visit, they only have a partial dose available, and I’m told to come back later.
Today was especially frustrating. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone and no one ever answered. When I went in person, there were more than 10 people waiting in line. After waiting another 15 minutes, I finally got to the counter—only to find out, once again, that my prescription still wasn’t ready.
This is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy. The lack of organization, communication, and accountability is alarming—especially when people rely on these medications for their health and the health of their pets. Kroger needs to seriously address the staffing and management problems at this location
