Kroger

If you come here avoid Karen at all costs. She is extremely rude. I am pregnant and was just trying to finish out my WIC benefits for the month and I happened to be a cent over on budget so I tried to take a banana off. I attempted to pay a cent myself but it didn’t work and she gave me the ugliest face. “Well I can’t help you if you already paid a cent.” Then she walks over to her kiosk and is staring at me like I knew I needed to walk over there. Then proceeds to say “You need to come over here, THATS DONE.” All for me just to walk back over to start the transaction over myself and while she watched over me like I was going to steal or something. Worst customer service at this Kroger. Can’t believe how rude their own manager is, I’ll be going to Richland from now on!

The checkout guy yelled at me while checking me and my fiance out. He was black with glasses and a hat. I was treated horribly. We had TWO buggies of things and were trying to HELP the bag guy by putting the bags in the buggy. Checkout guy wasn’t even done checking out our items. So then as we’re trying to help I was bringing a bag to one buggy while my fiance was putting the eggs in the other and the checkout guy said total $658 but we were going to pay once we finished placing the bags in so that our bread wouldn’t get squished. Next thing you know he YELLS AT ME! “MAAM YOUR TOTAL IS $658.” It was extremely unprofessional, rude, and he shouldn’t be in customer service at all or have a job involving people. He has anger issues to the max. I didn’t say anything back to him but in my mind was thinking I know good and well this man didn’t just YELL AT ME. I’m never returning back to this Kroger and neither is my fiance. I worked in his same position and never once was allowed to yell at customers. I would’ve been fired.

It's not the absolute best Kroger around but still a decent location and serves the area well.

Horrible selection. Always out of items. Do not order pickup. They will throw everything in big paper bags. 6 packs of soda with bread. 2 gallons in the same bag. And no matter how many times you complain, they don’t do a thing about it.

Is this the limited selection?! This is the only Kroger I’ve ever been to that didn’t carry everything.

Older store but does have more of a friendly, hometown feel. I thoroughly enjoy shopping there.

Pearl,MS My cashier was pleasant the entire time. He smiled throughout. I was thanked and offered to return by an employee while going out. Impressed with customer service. Great job.

Most of the workers and customers are super rude... store is small and not as many options as other locations or stores.
