Appointment was at 4 AM. I read reviews saying they don’t let you in earlier than 30 minutes before, so I waited at the Coastal Farm and Ranch parking lot nearby — plenty of trucks there, nobody bothers you. Arrived at the gate at 3:30 AM, no line. Got a badge, checked in at the office. Waited about 10 minutes in the truck before getting a door. Gave my paperwork to the Capstone guy, who said I’d get a payment link by text — never got one. Instead, someone knocked on my truck and handed me the papers. Unloading took about an hour. Smooth overall.

Capstonelogistics most making a problem in this receiving department they will send you a link after you pay. They will ask you to give them a review. Good review if you don’t give them good review they will have you waiting all day to give you the paperwork. They going very crazy against the driver. Nobody even paying attention. Nobody watching what happened. This is bullshit. This is a chaos. This is absolutely assault against deliveries. I ask you the Kroger department. Did they take a look at it and see what happened to us I don’t know if they care. I don’t believe they care cause they chaos.

It was fast checked in at 12:45 am for 1 am appointment done at 1:30 with paperwork at hand they have lumper fee but mine was prepaid The lady in the office was super nice security was really helpful Keep up the good work thank you

Came within 30 mins to my appt. Gate guards checks you in, gives gate pass. Return when leaving. Park and go to office to check in and Capstone. Get a call, dock, and get unloaded. Upon green light, pay lumper fee in a link provided. Mine was prepaid. Go back to office and get BOLs and lumper receipt. After that buttoned up and head for the exit.

Honestly the worst part of delivering here is the gate. Not because of the guards tho. The gate is almost right off the street, at a traffic light and everyone shows up at once. My notes said don't arrive earlier that 30 mins before appt. By the time I got to and thru the gate, I had been in line for over an hour. It's made worse by inconsiderate drivers trying to cut in line after getting to the light and realizing that's the entrance. Guards will direct you. You must have a hi-viz vest. They will give you a pass you need to clip on yourself. You need the pass and a vest to check in with receiving. Lumpers will text you a link to pay once you're unloaded. Lumpers may ask you to move to a parking spot after you get a green if they need the dock for another truck. Unloading time averages 4 hours from check-in to paperwork based on my visits here. No street parking and no legal parking nearby so keep that in mind. Nearest stop in the Port of Tacoma Loves and good luck with that.

Come only 30 min before appointment. Appt 4am out in 1hr because of pre pay lumper.

Delivered a load here from Rialto ca fed ex from the broker circle logistics, there was a $500 lumper fee and a 5 hour detention, the broker blocked our phone numbers and ignored emails after we delivered the load and was trying to invoice this out.

My experience was not bad . Came 30 min before my appointment. Because I am first time here long time was looking for the right building. After that everything was fast . From the check in to exit from the gate took me 1 hour ,to unload 1/2 of the trailer .
