Nice big monument to go see. Located in the center of a big roundabout so be careful and watch for the cars and motorbikes.

This statue/monument is in the middle of the city as a tribute to Prince Pajak the founder of Udon Thani. It's was central to the recent celebrations of 126 years anniversary of Udon Thani. Very impressive roundabout with the monument and well arranged and groomed garden.

The statue had disappeared? Now a construction site. Unsure what's happening..?

Beautiful memorial of city and garrison founder Prince Prachak. City was originally Ban Mak Khaeng. Garrison was against Laopu forces. Around this statue/roundabout youthand elderly meet, make merit and exercize jogging and stretching. Nice place to take a picture when near by. It has two Pokemon gyms and one pokestop also.
