Kronos Hotel

Kostos single handedly made our stay above anything I could have expected from a hotel. From an early and flexible check in, to accommodating our needs even post check out. His welcoming and warm hospitality (including awesome and seasonally appropriate recommendations) made our stay everything we could have hoped. With the Kronos hotel just a few minutes walk from the port this place is an incredible stop for travelers from the ferry or anyone who might get in at an odd hour. This hotel is well worth a visit if you’re in the area and you certainly can’t go wrong with the staff!

Excellent value for money. Close to the center and port, with a sea view. Very clean. Very friendly service. We got the keys before noon, even though the hotel day starts at 3 p.m. Free water for guests in the fridge. Breakfast included

We stayed 2 nights whilst in Crete. Very clean, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast was fine. It is a two star hotel, but excellent value for money, no frills. Although it is in the city centre there was no traffic noise and the AC was quiet and effective. Would happily return

Excellent hotel for the night before the flight back. Nice, clean, quiet, close to the restaurants and shops. Service was friendly, really nice people. We had an early flight in the morning and they have breakfast from 6:30am which was great.

The hotel is in a very central location, it's clean, and has everything you need for a short stay in Heraklion. The room is basic but nice, comfortable bed. ||The staff was friendly and helpful and they have 24h reception, which is really handy. ||I would recommend it for a short stay

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional. The rooms and the bathroom, while somewhat compact, were adequate for our needs. The view from the balcony was rather limited, unless it faced the sea.

Great small family run hotel. Simple facilities but very welcoming hosts and fantastic location! Room 301 had a great view of the sea. Lots of restaurants and shops close by, as well as the bus stop to go up to Knossos. Breakfast was simple but filling, nice Greek yoghurt.

Visited in February 2015. The location next to the seafront and close to the center was perfect. The service was very friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient. It was extremely windy and cold, so we weren’t able to use the balcony that much, but it was very nice. The wind caused some troubles as the balcony door was howling all night. Despite the wind and coldness, it was warm in the room. We would stay there again anytime.
