Krudo Raw Bar

Found this exceptional restaurant by chance and went back again and again because the ceviche and tiraditos are beyond. The flavors and textures are complex, and complement each dish perfectly. The presentation is beautiful. If you can get a seat at the bar, you can watch their mastery. Every dish taste like it should have 2 sols and 3 Michelin Stars. For us, being in a bustling market turned food hall adds to the food’s perfection. It’s casual, hip and will be our go to restaurant on every trip to Madrid. I write this because they deserve it, but part of me wants to keep it from the masses. Because next time, we’ll have a much harder time getting a reservation.

Super experience! I was expecting more raw dishes but in the end there was a surprise and burst of flavors in each dish… not only the raw ones but the roasted ones that were amazing! The fish stew is mind blowing, as well as the spicy Indian type of beef… perfect!

Great spot at the Mercado Vallehermoso. The vibe is very relaxed, with amazing food, wine, service! The menu is mainly raw seafood, with a couple hot dishes. We had tuna, oysters, sea urchin, tiradito, ceviche, chili crab and smoked ribs. Everything was exquisite. The desserts were very tasteful as well. We paired the food with an Uruguayan white wine which was out of this world Only “bad” thing is that they don’t offer coffee. But they have no problem with you getting coffee from the other spots at the market. 10/10! 100% recommended

I really enjoyed the food — everything was fresh and delicious. My favorites were definitely the tartaleta de atún and the taco. I also really liked the mixed ceviche and the corvina. The octopus was a bit too caramelized for my taste, but still well-prepared. The ceviche de pez mantequilla was also quite good. Service was perfect throughout. The only downside was that the chairs were a bit uncomfortable, but overall, everything else was great.

I was so lucky to bump into this small gem of a restaurant, the food was orgasmic! My small appetizer to oysters and mix ceviche was out of this world paired with cava . This place is currently trending and there's a reason. This was most excellent. Bravo !

Food was amazing! Came at an off hour and the team was so kind to cook during their break. Really appreciate the service and the food was some of the best of had in Madrid. Definitely order the tuna tartet and scallops!

I have been dying to try this place since it opened 7 months ago - it did not disappoint and cannot wait to go back! The fish is SO fresh, the ceviche was my favorite dish but oyster, tostada de atun, shrimp croqueta, up till the desert panacotta were all SO good. the service was also excellent they do a rly good job at explaining each dish. And the Sommelier!! 👏🔥
