Absolutely amazing location and such a delight to stay here. Booked via Hilton and the SLH program and have received amazing service. This property makes your stay so personalized and friendly, sometimes you feel like you are the only guests here. The manager also regularly checked in on us throughout the stay, including stopping by the dinner table, an amazing touch. Other staff members were constantly friendly and always willing to go out of their way to ensure your stay was amazing. We arrived early at 7am due to our flight and they made no issue with ensuring our room was already ready to go so we could get settled. Airport transfer both ways is included for free. Breakfast is included for free, and prices are generally reasonable for lunch and dinner services. Both daily housekeeping and the turndown service were timely planned for when our dinner reservation was, very nice touch. Water and soft drinks are included in the minibar and refreshed daily. The gym left just a tad bit to be desired equipment wise, but working with the space they have, and being this is more of a retreat hotel, this wasn't really a downside because we didn't end up needing to use the gym and instead focused on relaxation, so not going to deduct anything for that. Would certainly return and stay here again.

Aside from the awesome architecture and styling the hotel staff were attentive and professional making our stay incredibly relaxing. Our room had a wonderful view from of the Atlas Mountains and a terrace where we could watch the sunrise/set and hot air balloons ascending at dawn. Whilst only a short taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of old town Marrakesh the hotel offered a tranquil haven and much needed place to relax and unwind. We’ve stayed at some wonderful 5+ star hotels round the world but this one certainly underscored the luxury brand. One site was a spa, fabulous pool lined by established palm trees and shrubs made it seem very private and exclusive. The icing on the cake was the attitude of staff, courteous, professional and totally efficient ensuring that every element of your stay was just perfect whether in the hotel or outside. The slight negative was the quality of the WIFI that was patchy at best and sadly down to external factors. The hotel apologised and attempted to remedy. That said, the day to day organisation of our activity timetable by the staff was flawless. The term “go the extra mile” was typified with three beautiful dinners, two of which were held in a private music filled room that boasted a large log fireplace and typical moorish furniture and furnishings. White flower blossoms on black tablecloth just underpinned the attention to detail. It was indeed a luxury hotel with exquisite service from an outstanding team. Thank you, Imane, Mohamed, Abdel and team for making our stay so memorable.

We had our wedding at Ksar Char-Bagh and could not be happier with the experience! The property itself is stunning — elegant, serene, and absolutely beautiful in every detail — but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the team. Every member of the staff went above and beyond throughout our visit and especially on the wedding day! A special thank you to Hiba, who supported us for more than a year leading up to the event. She was consistently responsive, organized, patient, and incredibly kind. Working with her made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her or the hotel! Highly, highly recommend!

Had my wedding at this venue and it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We were taken care of by hiba at KCH and for the months leading up to our event she was extremely accomodating and responsive to all our needs, and even more so in person. During our actual stay the hospitality was wonderful and warm. The venue is incredible and unlike any other I’ve seen with morrocan architecture and beautiful garden areas. Food also was amazing. Definitely coming back.

We arranged my 50th birthday at the Ksar Char Bagh, and had about 50 guests, many of whom stayed at the hotel. It was an epic event and the hotel and staff really stepped up to make it a magical few days. The concierge Hiba organised everything down to the last detail. It was all exquisitely opulent. The band and DJ had everyone going right til the end. Thank you for creating a beautiful event and memories.

Located in Palm Grove in Marrakech, Kasr Char-Bagh is a beautiful boutique hotel with Moorish style and Ottoman influence throughout. The surroundings are breathtaking, the service is exceptional, and the Harim suites are fabulous with everything you need (even a private pool). The property is very calm and peaceful for a Zen atmosphere. There is only one restaurant on the property but breakfast and dinner were delicious! ||We were unaware that Small Luxury Hotels of the World are now part of the Hilton brand. After seeing a Hilton email with SLH advertisement several months ago, we decided to try this out. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come again!

This hotel is truly magical. My sister just celebrated her wedding here and invited people from all corners of the world. The charm and beauty of this hotel is exceptional while keeping the whole setting intimate. Every single staff member went above and beyond for every single guest. I have to say that without Hiba this celebration would not have been what it was. Beyond her professionalism and incredible work, her warmth and patience made the experience truly incredible. She solved every problem that came with calmness and serenity. This place holds a very special place in my heart and I am sure it will mark every guest that visits next!!

Her dedication and effort, along with the entire team's, were truly remarkable.||Our guests were in awe of the magical atmosphere of the location, and everyone commented on how friendly, efficient, and polite the staff was throughout the entire event.
