This is a great place if you’re looking for more traditional loose leaf tea options! They have a long variety of flavors and some of them have little descriptions to help you choose the best option according to your taste. The milk tea with boba was really good. This tea shop is so cute, definitely worth a visit no matter if you’re a tea connoisseur or just a regular tea enjoyer like me!

Google
Great little tea nook tucked away here. The shop is small but packed full of goodies. I was able to find lots of specialty tea items. The staff wasn't overly talkative but I like it that way. When I asked about how a certain tea tasted in a certain way, instead of BSing me, they made some and tried it to give an honest answer. That's the kind of service I want - not everything has to be perfect, I just have to know what I'm getting. There aren't really any seats because this is just a little shop but I still had a good experience. If you are a puerh lover be sure to check out their stock of high end raw cakes - you can really find the good stuff here!

The cup was filled way too full. As soon as I put the straw in, it spilled all over my hand. The lid design makes it even worse — there are little gaps where the liquid gets stuck, so it’s impossible to wipe clean with a napkin. My hand just stayed sticky. The pearls were really hard, I’ve never had pearls this undercooked at any bubble tea shop before. This place looks like it should know how to make good tea and boba, but the reality was disappointing. Cheap packaging, poor design, and overpriced. Definitely not worth it.

Google
Amazing spot! They made me try two matcha lattes in a row—and I couldn’t resist because they were that good. The place has a wide variety of Japanese tea options

Google
Wide variety of teas, all fresh and aromatic and tasty. Purchased boba tea which was good but. It many choices for the flavors. Boba was good. Flavor was good.

Google
Really cute tea shop. Has a unique and calming atmosphere. There’s a large variety of loose leaf tea they have to offer. There is even a station where you can mix your own batch of tea. The house boba milk tea is super tasty and not disappointing.

This was my first day visiting the Denver Downtown area, and I decided to walk around and sightsee. I stumbled across Ku Cha House of Tea and, as a tea enthusiast, I was excited to check it out. When I walked in, I greeted the two employees (a female and a male), but neither acknowledged me. My friend then said hello, and the female walked off while the male just looked down. I left feeling very disappointed and honestly a bit disgusted. I couldn’t help but question if the lack of acknowledgment had something to do with the color of my skin. Either way, the experience was unwelcoming and discouraging, especially for someone who was looking forward to enjoying the shop.

This place was the highlight of my trip to Denver. Friendly service and such a huge selection of tea. I really enjoyed the Cape Town iced tea sample, especially during the hot day. I have enjoyed the tea I bought back home and plan to re-order!

Yelp
I saw this tea place while I was eating dinner and I wanted to go and look at some teas. . .BUT I didn't know that they were already getting ready to close. Yes I was that person. -_- BUT in my defense, I do not live in Denver so I didn't know. Anyhow, there were 2 ladies working there and even though it was closing time, they were both very very friendly and answered my questions and even recommended teas for me based off of what I liked. As I'm writing this review, I am drinking Shanghai Fruit Tea and it is DELICIOUS!! Yes it is not the cheapest place to get teas BUT the quality here was amazing! You could tell that they really knew their teas. Also, the store was spotless and clean. I could tell that they were really proud of working there or at least, that is how I felt watching them. Even though, I went in 10 minutes before closing, they were the best! They had an amazing selection of teas from green to black to tea cakes to robious to tisanes. I really wished that I could visit there again to look at the teas. I am tea nut but I do not know that much about teas. lol The prices OK for the quality that you got. They also had a cute selection of tea cups. They were so cute that I could not resist. So I ended up buying 2 tisanes and a cute cat cup. =) KuCha had a great selection at a decent price with really really GREAT service!

Yelp
Ku Cha is situated in the 16th Street outdoor mall and surrounded by lots of other restaurants and stores perfect for browsing and shopping. The staff was super friendly. Andrew answered all of my questions and taught me a lot about tea that I didn't even know I didn't know! The store has an amazing selection of teas (chai, black, oolong, green, etc.) sourced from all over the world. There are sample tins that you can open and smell. They also have staff blends which gives you a more "local" flavor. Ku Cha also has a ton of cute souvenirs and products perfect for gifting loved ones! I left with an iced peach oolong tea sweetened with just a drip of honey, and it was delicious! Definitely recommend for all my oolong lovers.

Yelp
We were in the mood for some tea and decided to stop in! They do sell tea leaves, kettles and other tea gear. We all tried different stuff. Two of us got something fruity while my other friend got a chai. We chose to get them iced. Delicious! Great service too. They're friendly and super helpful if you have questions. You can also sample tea.

Yelp
This place is kept immaculate, let me tell you! As we entered, the place was already getting organized for full service, so we simoly couldn't get a fresh brew at the time. They appologized, but we shopped anyway since we needed tea in the Mausoleum anyway. The place had a massive array of options, even several naturally caffeine free to keep people from buggin' out. And the service was quick and we were on our way. The tea we ended up brewing was pretty strong, the way I like it. Props to these peeps.

Yelp
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Huge variety of teas and the ability to smell them all. Also brew several types in house. Very unique and plentiful. Little pricey.

Yelp
KuCha started in Boulder have expanded to 5 locations now. This one is located on the lower level of 16th street Pavilions mall. The Boulder locations is much bigger. The room is tiny with no seating available. They have over 100 varieties of tea and simple snacks (sponge cake). Cool stop if you're strolling around on the mall. They have boba here but it's not the main product. Also the straw is not big enough to suck the boba up. Come here for lose tea, not the best boba. They have a free tasting on Saturdays I believe maybe 2pm?

Yelp
Came here on a visit to Denver and I can't believe we don't have this in NYC! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. It's clean, adorable, and has a great selection. I'm extremely impressed on the quality and sourcing of the tea. Even my matcha latte was properly made and nothing like those horrid Starbucks matcha. Will be back MANY times during this trip.

Yelp
This a 16th Street hidden gem. They have a LARGE variety of teas from different countries, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the ambiance is very cozy and welcoming. We got Milk Oolong tea and Monkey bread tea and made into bubble tea. Hope you stop by and check them out!

Yelp
Wandered in here looking for a yummy warm chai after walking around downtown Denver. The warm air and delicious smell when I entered was a good sign and my visit just better from there. The staff were super helpful and friendly, any my organic autumn spice chai latte with almond milk was delicious. Plus, I was surrounded by gorgeoud displays featuring a wide variety of loose tea blends and both modern and traditional teawares. Highly recommend visiting Ku Cha House of Tea at this location or any of their other locations if you are visiting or live in Colorado!

Yelp
We stumbled upon this spot and my fiancé joked about going in so he convinced me. We're both tea lovers so we figured we would give it a try (especially for the free samples). The people were very welcoming and so helpful. After the samples, we were convinced to try a couple - I got the milk oolong and OH MY GOD. I'll probably get online and buy some I was obsessed. They made the tea perfect, not burnt at all, it was so freaking delicious. They had so many options for teas, honestly, way better than the old corporate tea shop. My only complaint is they don't exist in St. Louis because I really think we need one there. Highly recommend 10/10 delicious tea, great atmosphere, great products. YUM.

Yelp
Found this tea shop at the Denver Pavilions. Practically tea heaven in here. They have such wide selections of tea. You can smell the tea sample in the jar. I like that there's a description of the ingredients and also the caffeine level. I chose some of my favorite teas, the jasmine and chai. It smells divine. The staff will pack the tea for you accordingly to how many oz you want. They were very friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions. You can also order online as well.

Yelp
I am not a huge tea drinker but this spot was a perfect place to try out something new. They had 2 sample teas you could try as you enter. One was balance and the other one was more mild, but I don't remember the name. I enjoyed the more mild one. But what I really found very refreshing was their iced matcha tea latte with almond milk. It was really delicious! They are the 4th store out of 5 so far. Where the first three stores can be found in Boulder, Cherry Creek, and Fort Collins. The fifth store is in Park Meadows. They just started offering the "service" option (eg where they make drinks), and I am very glad that they did. There are lots of teas where you can buy a bag (a pound?) or by the ounce. Service was great, energy upbeat and the latte was a wonderful treat!

Yelp
The Ku Cha House on the 16th Street Mall was certainly a good alternative to the Starbucks and pubs there. Compared to other Ku Cha House, this one was comparatively smaller, but still with a wide selection as the shelves were more tightly packed. Not as many teapots and accessories though. The traffic was light in late Sunday afternoon as this side of the Pavilions was hollowed out after the closure of Forever 21 and many other shops during the pandemic.

Yelp
They were out of the watermelon chiller, so I got the blueberry lavender instead, lightly sweetened. Denver was hot, muggy, and rainy the day I was there, and needed something to quench my thirstIt was delish! I tried the two teas they had for sampling- Moroccan Mint and the Enchanted Forest. GO and try the Enchanted Forest. First, I needed to know if could order online. There's nothing worse than falling in love with something you can only have once. Luckily, the company I work for is based there, so I could always make a detour to the Pavilions, but online ordering is really convenient! And yes, you can. The Enchanted Forest is fruit punch without all the dyes and nasty stuff!! The lady then recommended her favorite. Sakura Cherry. I had to have that too. The teas come packaged in 4 oz bag, or you can get them in 2 oz. So refreshing.

Yelp
This place and its employees are amazing!!! I like to travel quite a bit and stop by tea shops looking for unique teas to try. This is by far the best tea shop I've been in with a huge selection. The employees are not only helpful but super nice and fun to talk to. This is my new favorite tea shop

Yelp
super sweet employee with great recommendations and patience for indecisive customers. it's very cute and authentic inside with so many tea gadgets (pots, whisks, etc.) and options. by the door there are daily samples for anyone curious to broaden their tea choice. i tried a peach oolong milk tea, freshly brewed :) and took home a can of the summer tranquility white tea.

Yelp
Great assortment and variety of teas from around the world, lovely shopping area as well as a cute seating area and tea bar if you want to grab a hot cup of tea as well

Yelp
Delightful tea shop in Denver, with attentive and thoughtful service; the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about teas. I enjoyed it so much that I ran back again for more tea in the middle of the museum convention at the Convention Center!

Yelp
I love their tea! Everyone is so nice that works there! Highly recommended! When I visit downtown this is a great place to come!

Yelp
Their brewed tea is tasty and their bulk loose leaf is high quality, but their boba is truly awful. It is not cooked through and has gone soft on the outside from sitting out too long. What a waste of six dollars.
