Kube Saint-Tropez Hôtel

I have stayed at this hotel before, hence my return when I knew I wanted to propose to my girlfriend in St Tropez. Eva was wonderful and helped sort everything for me and make it a perfect setting for the occasion. The amenities are fabulous and the views of the French Riviera from the hotel are amazing. Staff are polite and will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. It is such a short distance from the centre of St Tropez. When vacationing here there is no other hotel I will stay at!

Unfortunately for the price we paid here we expected a higher level of service. There were a few things that they likely need to do to improve things given the price: 1) when we arrived our safe was locked shut. When we requested it to be opened we were told the staff with the safe tool wouldn’t be there until 8am. For an international traveler not having a working safe in a hotel room is pretty important. I will give the hotel credit for changing our room, however I think the hotel needs to take responsibility at all times for the safety and well being of guest belongings. Whatever tool is needed to open a safe needs to be available for guests upon arrival. 2) when we went to the pool in the afternoon towels and dirty dishes/towels were on most of the chairs. I understand that it was later in the day, but there should still be attentive staff checking if the pool area is usable for guests to come and relax. 3) while the staff was helpful, if felt like they moved slowly and weren’t always very visible. An example is that there was a bar by the pool and we had to flag someone down to get us a cocktail. It wasn’t clear if they were working at the bar or the restaurant. 4) the website advertised that they had a Maserati shuttle, but the shuttle that was used was a black van. I understand that we didn’t have to be driven in it, but the advertisement seems odd if we weren’t offered. Overall the hotel property was beautiful, but the service was lacking for a hotel that is listed as 5 star.

I don’t even know where to begin. The rooms were disgusting—spider webs in the corners, broken door handles and hinges, and floorboards that felt like they were about to collapse under me. The shower didn’t even have a door, so every time we used it, water went all over the bathroom floor. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least basic service, but the staff were rude and unhelpful. The gates are always wide open, so anyone from the street can just walk in—hardly feels safe or exclusive. On top of that, the fountains are completely empty and neglected, making the place look abandoned. This place is a joke compared to what they advertise. I would have had a much better stay at a Motel 6 for a fraction of the cost. Save your money and avoid this hotel at all costs. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE.

Stayed there for work during summer time. The staff was lovely and the rooms are clean. Downside: no breakfast before 8am and dinner service ends at 9:30pm, hallways not noise insulated to you get awaken by people coming back from partying at 5am in the morning.

This hotel is absolutely abysmal. My husband booked this hotel accidentally. It was a mistake of a lifetime. This hotel is located on a busy street. The location is landlocked by constant traffic which makes It very difficult to go anywhere during the day. The security is non existent. The gates are open all day long. Any random person can walk into the hotel who is not a guest and god forbid could wreak havoc on hotel guests. The rooms look like stucco townhouses from the 1980s in Idaho. You would never think you’re in France. You are greeted by a fire extinguisher at your door. The rooms are vile. Not clean, dirty stained black grout, horrendous decor. The bed feels like a mattress that hasn’t been replaced in 20 years. The staff is a group of young 20 something’s with almost no experience. The shower is a small hand shower mounted to the wall. It floods the entire bathroom. The towels feel like cardboard and not clean. I am crawling out of my skin putting my body on the surfaces of this dump. I feel duped and violated for being charged the amount of money we are paying. This is a 3 star hotel at best. My stay here has ruined my trip to st tropez unfortunately.

The hotel has nice views. It’s situated across a busy road from the port side of St. Tropez. The room we had was very basic. The shower left water all over the entire bathroom and was very difficult to use and access. In general, the comforts you would expect at this price weren’t really present in the room. It felt more three star. Perhaps the renovated rooms are better? Staff were generally very nice but not very informed.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this beautiful hotel. It has three swimming pools with different temperatures, a spa, and lovely green areas. From the moment you arrive, it feels like home. The rooms are very clean, the restaurant service is excellent, and everyone is very kind!

Horrible hotel of thieves. I travelled to St Tropez with a friend of mine who was a hotel guest at the end of July 2025, where this hotel prides itself of excellency and branded as a 5 star resort. It is nothing short of opposite. Her room was burglarized on the last day of her trip and to make matters worse, management decided it would be a good idea to threaten customers with lawsuits of “false review” on social media etc. DO NOT STAY HERE. Multiple rooms burglarized on the same night, lack of security measures in place from hotel staff, with zero accountability but a few apologies.
