After getting confused at intercity, I got on the wrong bus and ended up in Livingstone. There is a big waterfall here :o. After the bus I was quite peckish and found this lovely cafe in town. The atmosphere is quaint, relaxing, and pleasant. The service is very friendly and helpful. While dining I enjoyed a cheesecake. Though the cheesecake was a little bit over done. The soft boiled egg I ordered was clearly left in the boiling water a bit too long. Overall this cafe was a great experience. I would recommend! <3

Best ever food service. I enjoyed each one of my visits here. Kubu is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and very airy. The food was top-notch. Loved the fresh lemon and ginger tea. Veronica's service was outstanding, and Stanford was highly helpful and gave us great service. The owner also checked on how all guests were doing, which was very wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Livingstone, for its high quality food, service and ambience. Plenty of parking too.

Our best meal is Zambia. My wife loved the Ox tail. I had the rump steak, with pepper sauce. It was fantastic. Kids were indifferent towards the chicken strips and fish strips. The peppered rump steak is shown in a picture with two servings of salad. The other food picture is the half-eaten ox tail that got inhaled before I coud snap a pic. The playground is demolished.

I have been in Livingstone for 6 months. This place is not what is was 5 months ago. It takes VERY long for average tasting food. The menu is so big for a cafe. A good suggestion is maybe make the menu smaller and concentrate on quality instead of quantity. I’ve had some good meals and experiences but the bad ones are starting to become more than the good ones. Sad to see. Hope it doesn’t continue

We've been visiting every day during our stay in Livingstone. Food is super tasty, I loved the grilled bream fillet. Other options are also great (apart from pizza which is uneatable). Staff is friendly and prices are OK.

Bizarre hateful attitudes when you order coffee, food comes hours after ordering, they won't give you a box or a bill or a napkin, basically all normal services are completely neglected unless you beg repeatedly. Don't bother telling them how you want your steak done. Milkshakes are literally just milk. Coffee tastes like mop water. Salads taste like dirt. If you request sauce or cheese on your burger, I hope you like the taste of spit and hair. There's nothing good that can be said about this place. All these other reviews are lies.
