Kuchnia Tatarska u Alika

We stopped at Kuchia Tatarska u Alika on the way from Warsaw. We were very surprised by the portion sizes - they were huge, 1 portion per person was even too much. We took away some food (this is pro not cons). Food was hearty and delicious. There is a free parking lot just in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is close to the pond. We visited during winter, so we didn’t see the beauty of it, but in summer it should be very beautiful.

Quite a busy place on the riverside! Needed to wait quite long (around 40 min), but the food was good and not expensive at all. Can recommend to take Azu and some Georgian lemonade! Beautiful surroundings and authentic tableware. Minus for the service - cleaning the floor under your table, when you eat... Portions are big, well balanced, so overall would recommend!

Delicious food! Worth visiting if you’re in a neighborhood. You have to wait a little bit for a table, but once food is on the table… you’ll be on cloud nine. ;)

I went there twice during my stay in Suwałki. Delicious. I won't say more, just try it for yourself.

Authentic Tatar cuisine. Polite waiters, playground for children with wooden swing. Nice recommended place.

Great atmosphere, a lot of space. Authentic music, a lot of details in interior and kind of small museum inside. Staff works excellent, very positive and energetic people. Food ok, but not great. Everything that includes the dough is kind of dry as it is very thick.

Fantastic food and service. Both soups and main courses so tasteful and hot. And kind, helpful people putting their skills and hearts to have happy client. Congrats!

The atmosphere and service was great. I liked that there was an English menu and pictures of the food + daily specials. The food unfortunately was bland, no flavor whatsoever. I had ribs with caramelized apples which were filled with cumin seeds. It's an interesting combination which really didn't work. The ribs were very dry and they didn't have flavor. My wife had some kind of dough with minced meat and cabbage. The dough was very dry and the texture was almost powder like. It as well was filled with cumin seeds, it was so overpowering that we couldn't even taste the minced meat. I'm sorry but the food that we had wasn't very good.
