Be aware that this hotel has NO PARKING, I booked because I needed parking, while checking in they told me it had no parking, that I had to park outside in the street, and in the morning my car window was broken, I had a hidden backpack and got laptop, gopro, and passport stolen and now it is a nightmare to get my passport back, book this place only if you have no car

Great location, just at the historical center of Queretaro.Rooms appears to be old, and not the most comfortable to sleep due to a lot of light leakage.

We had a very noisy room. Barely slept with the amount of noise from the street and interior garden. Also the sockets in the wall are half exposed which seems quite dangerous. The bathroom and room don’t have any ventilation. Staff was nice though.

Breathtaking traditional room with delightful modern touch. Clean, quiet, fast internet. The staff were helpful and understanding. Pretty solid 3-3.5 star hotel experience.

Not sure how this place gets three stars, it was more like a hostel.|Rooms were large but dingy. Service was non- existent. Nothing charming or comfortable about this place. The fans were pitiful, oneof the shower heads wasn't working and the other one spewed water all over but not on you. Broken light fixtures, three random hangers in closet. |After one terrible night's sleep there, we went around the corner to the charming and air conditioned La Serfina.

Didn't get a good nights sleep, verry noisy on the street and you heard everything in our room. No ventilation, bit musty. Great location and comfortable bed.

We booked this hotel for three nights for our stay in Queretaro. We chose the hotel because of location (we wanted the downtown area), previous reviews and price.||||The cab driver had no problem finding the hotel from the bus station but walking along the narrow street it could be somewhat hard to spot. There is a small lobby area. The hotel was expecting us and had our room ready (the hotel was not really too busy). Staff spoke virtually no English but we were able to manage quite well with our limited Spanish. We walked to most of the sights in the downtown area. Restaurants and bars are close at hand as is shopping.||||Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom. Linens and towels were good. The bed was comfortable. It took a while for the hot water but not inordinately long. The room faced the courtyard but since there was not a lot of customers, this did not create a problem. There are other rooms upstairs but we were on the main level. The room was quiet at night.||||WIFI signal was good.||||The room was made up each day and the staff did a good job.||||We needed to check-out early for a bus departure and the staff were accomodating and helpful.||||We have at least one suggestion - it would be good if they offered coffee or tea in the morning. The nearest cafe to pick up a coffee was a couple of blocks - others closer did not open until later in the morning. Also getting in and out of the property was a bit of a hassle - you sort of got locked in and had to have the front desk staff open the door for you. This was not really a problem as there was 24 hour front staff but it was a bit unusual.||||We would certainly consider this property again.

Great value for price. Pluses: Great location. Amazing value for price. Humungous room with all amenities. Morning staff - helpful and smiling, willing to help. Minuses: The lady that checked us in, she seemed bored with her life and work: - she could not provide us with simple advice: where could we have a local taco - she "forgot" to give us the key - she didn't mentioned where the room was, we had no idea where to go, and we needed to keep asking in order for her to explain us where the room was - again, maybe it was just her bad day. in the end, after this experience we decided to rely more on uncle Google's help then hers
