Hotel Kulla e Zenel Beut

This is a beautiful and characterful hotel. We were visiting for a celebration and the staff were very kind and accommodation. We loved the way you have carefully restored this historic building. Delicious food for dinner and breakfast.

This place is an absolute gem in Peja. It’s in a stone tower formerly a prison and was burned out by Serb forces during the 1999 war. It has been sympathetically restored and converted into an excellent hotel and restaurant. The owner was very welcoming and speaks decent English as do his staff in the restaurant. The quality of the food and wine and the standard of service in the restaurant was outstanding as was the standard of accommodation in the hotel. It’s in a good location not too far from the centre but ideally placed not far from the river for getting up to and exploring the Rugova Canyon. I can highly recommend this accommodation. Stayed in early May before the start of the main holiday season.

Had lunch in the beautifully restored restaurant. Food was outstanding. We had Rugova cheese on wooden furnace and the Prizren baking pan. Worth the day trip from Pristina just for lunch. Had Stone Castle wine, also outstanding. Service was great. English spoken. Really reasonable prices.

Nice hotel with good restaurant, but some staff were a bit odd and not always very friendly. Location was perfect, and building very beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't get the room with the antique fireplace stone that we had booked (our room was much more simple and less decorated, which was a pity as the building itself is very special). Breakfast was nice.

Wonderful hotel with good hospitality. Rooms are spotless clean, rooms are beatiful, traditional with modern facilities. Beds, sheets are clean and comfy. Breakfast is really good. I would stay here again. Thanks.

Ate dinner here on a rainy Sunday night (late September). Not very busy. Had a bottle of wine, salads, vegetarian pizza, and penne pasta arrabiata. Everything was excellent! Total bill was €30! It was a fantastic dinner.

Restaurant: The service was rather unmotivated and inattentive. We ordered a bottle of wine for €57 – which is quite expensive by Kosovo standards – and it was neither presented properly nor poured for tasting, which is unacceptable at that price point. The appetizer was of very poor quality, both in taste and presentation. The main course was just okay, but visually unappealing and overall uninspired. All in all, a lackluster experience. The service, food, and pricing did not live up to expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

**An Unforgettable Stay!** My experience at this hotel was simply perfect! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant impressed with its delicious food, made from local ingredients and served with great attention to detail. Everything – from the atmosphere to the services – exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome! I will definitely return and highly recommend it!
