Amazing beer shop! Huge variety of Hungarian craft beers, but also well known German, Czech and Belgium brands. The owner is very helpful and communicative, has great beer knowledge too. You can also try your purchase at the back of the shop (+20% service fee) which is great option considering lack of craft pubs in the area nerby. Highly recommended!

(+) Grear selection of fantastic beer, also stuff you can hardly find anywhere else. The guys are knowledgeable about the stuff they sell which is a bonus, you can ask for advice. There are a few tables inside, if you want to drink your beer on the spot. It is very plain but the beer makes you forgive/forget this. 2 types of draught beer and they change them frequently, if you look hesitant, they always offer you a sip. Friendly staff (the allowed us to eat inside our pizza from next door). You can pay with card (if it is above 1000 HUF I believe, which is pretty easy to reach 😉) (-) Personally, I think the 20% service charge extra for drinking there (on top of the already expensive beer - pls. remember you are buying premium stuff) is way too much. They want to keep it as a shop, not a bar, the guy explained. You can easily end up paying 3-4000 HUF for 2 beers. Stay a little longer and you can go bankrupt 😉 Apart from this, I would say this is the place to be.

Came from far away here to buy beer based on recommendation. The place was closed with a "be right back" sign on a Saturday at 13:00 despite being advertised as open on Google. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came. Very disappointing.

Very cozy shop and the staff is super friendly. I was asking for support with wheat beers and they immediately were off to my service to recommend the bests of their portfolio. The beers are mainly premium priced ones.

I generally don't like beer but there are a few exceptions. Ginger beer, the real alcoholic kind and not beer with a little bit of gingery flavor is one of my favorites. You can't get them very rarely but this small shop had some. The staff was very friendly and the shop had a cosy pub flair.
