free entry every Wednesday from 1700h - 2000h wow, idk what else to say except that the exhibits felt like a fever dream.. each square had its own highlight, and I came in here not knowing what to expect, and each exhibit was a surprise of it’s own Really contemporary and this made me question things. Is this the true purpose of art?

Phalli galore! Strange, disconcerting, and occasionally revolutionary installations were abound at the two exhibitions shown. Perhaps not suitable for children, those with nervous dispositions, or the sensorially sensitive. For better or for worse, this exhibition will stay with me.

Here to review its beautiful architectural designs. Came in during the Sunday market. There’s an outdoor bar and many stalls selling 2nd branded goods.

Contemporary art gallery in an old castle, also housing the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. I visited the art student's "Spring Exhibition."

receptionist was very racist, i asked him if the upper floor is the only place they host work, since there were only 4-5 big rooms and only 4-5 projectors. instead of telling me they(him with other guy receptionist) laughed on my face, very rude behavior of them. I request authorities to take action on such poor behavior of receptionists. If they are not doing your job why are are there??

Great location just in Nyhavn. Inspiring place. Worth visiting. You may need some time as there can be quite a lot of reading explaining the context of exhibition.

A million thanks for the free Wednesday evenings (17:00-20:00) and to whoever curated the terrific shows there currently: Jeremy Deller’s timely “Welcome to the Sh*t Show” and Alexander Tovborg’s “Church.” Beautiful space, patient staff, and some of the best contemporary art I’ve seen this year.

Amazing venue. Loved the exhibitions. But location and opening hours was my favourite part of it!

A nice gallery space amidst a sea of young hip artist types. It was a fairly quick jaunt, again with a rotating exhibition. I imagine you're at the mercy of whatever is showing. I was lucky, I guess, because I found the Anglo-focused exhibit interesting. David Bowie stuff and Depeche Mode stuff, can't go wrong with that. Also a really interesting short film by Jeremy Deller about soldiers during the war. I really liked sitting through that.

Yay art! This museum is located across the street from the House of Amber, near to the Kongens Nytorv station, at the mouth of the Nyhavn canal. I like visiting museums, and I enjoyed my visit here. Primarily because it was included with the Copenhagen Card. Since I didn't have to pay extra for it or for it alone, I think I enjoyed it more. Because it was pretty small. There was an interesting, two-room exhibit on the theme of immigration and identity of the other and borders. I love large-scale, modern works and exhibits. And that is what I got. Literally only two small rooms, and three separate pieces. So overall, I wasn't here for more than 20 minutes. But like I said, these kinds of works are in my enjoyment wheelhouse. There is also a small cinema. There wasn't a video during my brief visit, but it seems like a cool addition. My favorite hometown museum has a cinema that shows a great variety of movies and films and clips. So it made me happy to see. If you don't have much time in Copenhagen, I wouldn't put this on your list of places to see. But if you like art and have time to see all the things, this isn't a bad place to pay a visit to!
