Kupu Kupu Phangan

We had a perfect stay at Kupu Kupu Koh Phangan. The pool was absolutely amazing, the service was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful, unique, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the overall service throughout the hotel was truly exceptional. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We wont to thank Micky ,Noe ,Foam ,Joe ,Ad ,San ,mod ,pla . We have stayed in many great hotels in Thailand, but for us, Kupu Kupu Koh Phangan is the winning one. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel in the standard of hotels on Koh Phangan. We took a villa on the sea, a crazy view and a private pool that is fun and allows for privacy. The breakfast is quite varied but the pastries are not really fresh and so is the bread. We got the best service from Andy tnx Andy. Also the cleaning crew was very good .

We had a wonderful stay at Kupu Kupu! From the moment we arrived, Andy and his team were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, taking special care to ensure my pregnant wife felt comfortable and looked after throughout the stay. As it was my birthday during the visit, the staff had put together a fantastic balloon display in our room which was very appreciated! They also put together a cake and candle for the day itself! All transfers to and from the hotel were excellently handled directly by the Kupu team which made travel incredibly easy. One thing to note is that the Speedboat option to arrive from Samui is a really fast and intense ride which my wife found uncomfortable, but the Kupu team were able to book our return journey on the much calmer Catamaran which was a lot smoother! We had a special couples’ massage in the Spa, and the masseuse looking after my wife performed a special tailored mum-to-be treatment which was perfect for her. The food and the service at The Plage was brilliant. The restaurant team were all fantastic - Aek, Pla, JoJoe, Nonoe, AdMin, Lindin, Mason, Foam, Bank, San, Mickey and Lin Lin. It was the little touches that made it special, whether that’s putting rose petals on the table, remembering our food/drink preferences, or taking care to seat us away from the smoking area. The hotel were also great with little events during the evening, such as fire shows, BBQs, saxophonists and other live music. The ability to constantly communicate with the team via Whatsapp made organising everything around Kupu Kupu incredibly easy and stress free. We will definitely be back - an unforgettable stay!

We spent five amazing nights at this hotel and truly loved every moment. The beach is beautiful, the views are stunning, and the entire atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Andy at the reception was always helpful and friendly and funny 😂. In the restaurant, we were taken care of by Bank, San, Ad, Ziny, Micky, Foam Lin, and Noe — each one of them was kind, attentive, and always greeted us ❤️with a smile. Thank you all for your warm service and genuine hospitality. The entire hotel team truly stands out and makes a real difference compared to other places we’ve stayed. You can feel that everyone here truly wants you to enjoy your vacation. We appreciate you all so much!

My husband and I stayed at Kupu Kupu Koh Phangan for our honeymoon, and it was truly one of the most perfect hotels we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Every single staff member at the hotel was absolutely amazing — kind, professional, attentive, and always smiling. We truly felt that everyone cared about making our stay special. The team was incredibly helpful with the kayaks, which made our experience even more fun and memorable. Everything was simply perfect — from the service to the atmosphere and the breathtaking views. A very special thank you to San, AD, Mickey, Pla, Ziny, Lin, Andy, and Ice, and to every staff member at the hotel — each and every one of you contributed to an unforgettable honeymoon. We stayed at KUPU KUPU for five nights as a group of four friends, and from the very first moment it felt like paradise. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful hotels in Koh Phangan, with the most breathtaking sunsets we have ever seen.||The rooms are stunning, elegant, and exceptionally well equipped including a coffee machine, bathrobes, and slippers. Everything feels very luxurious and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was a true highlight with beautifully served individual dishes, all delicious and of the highest quality. We also enjoyed the spa treatments, including a facial and a massage, both of which were excellent and delivered at a very high professional level. The sunset massage was an unforgettable experience.||The view is simply unreal. The sunsets are absolutely magical and truly some of the most beautiful in the world.||Above all, the service was exceptional. Every member of the hotel staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely guest oriented. We would like to especially commend the entire team Noe, Joe, Lin, San, Ad, Mod, and Aek for their outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to the wonderful Foam, and above all to the manager Andy, who was professional, warm, and always willing to help with anything we needed.||Thank you for a perfect stay. Exceptional stay – highly recommended! We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, comfortable, and welcoming. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff, who were absolutely outstanding. San was out standing! Every morning they greeted us with genuine smiles, kindness, and a high level of professionalism. They were attentive to every detail, always happy to help, and made sure everything was fresh, well organized, and served perfectly. Their warm attitude really made our mornings start on the best possible note and made us feel truly cared for. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We stayed for one week in Villa 41 (Deluxe Beachfront Pool Villa / Lilawadee Spa Escapades) and experienced an absolutely wonderful stay, a true little corner of paradise. The setting is stunning, beautifully integrated into its natural surroundings and nestled in a lush, immaculately maintained green environment. Everything invites you to fully disconnect and unwind. The entire team, from restaurant service to the landscaping staff, demonstrates outstanding professionalism and genuine care for their guests. We felt truly pampered, with an exceptional level of service that is both remarkably high and deeply authentic. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome, which made us feel at home from the very first moment. Special thanks to Aek, our dedicated server throughout the stay, for his discretion and professionalism, as well as to Pla, who consistently checked that we lacked nothing. A very special thank you as well to Noe, Joe, Foam, Lin, San, Ad and Bank for your smiles, your sincerity and all the thoughtful gestures that made all the difference. We were also deeply touched by the kind French words addressed to us throughout our stay, a charming and meaningful attention that we truly appreciated. Finally, a special mention to the kitchen teams, and in particular to the incredible crème brûlée on the menu, which won over both our hearts and our taste buds to the point that we ordered it three times in a row.
