What a transformation!
We stayed in this hotel 9 years ago, and it was great and well run. So this time we decided to swing by for lunch, out of nostalgic memories.
The only thing that was done promptly was the charge of $6 at the gate for parking. Then we went to a restaurant - they had a buffet lunch only which did not look appealing, so we went to the bar, managed to attract attention in 10 min, got beers, and the bar lady took the money and disappeared. After waiting for the substantial change for 10 min, we gave up and went downstairs to the beach cafe. They did not have cold beer, did not have any fish, and we ordered nachos and a shrimp salad , in 5 min we were told they were out of it too.
A sad example of how a bad management can run completely to the ground a great place.
