I contacted this shop via email regarding an item I was hoping to purchase as I do not live in Belgium and could not go there physically. They were incredibly helpful - they responded with their advice and even offered to give more tailored feedback for my needs on whatsapp. With their help I was able to order the item I wanted in the correct size and it was shipped within the same day as payment was made. Item received and beautiful! Very impressed with the whole experience. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again, hopefully in person next time :)

I absolutely love this place. The choice of brands and pieces is fabulous but what makes the place amazing is the staff. They are super down to earth, kind, professional and very patient! 100% recommended for a great shopping experience!

Very rude & unhelpful staff barely speaking any English. Clothes were okay, but we wouldn’t buy anything as we felt very unwelcome there.

Such a great boutique in a gorgeous building. Well curated selection of labels such as Anine Bing, Ganni and Won Hundred. Mostly clothing but they also have some cute bags and jewelry. The couple who runs the store was super friendly and helpful. When we told them we were visiting, they even gave us recommendations for other local stores to check out! This store is a must visit in Brussels
