It's almost a shame to start a restaurant like that in the middle of Osakas's most important street.. The food is terrible, if not aweful. The waiters are acting like they don't wanna talk to you, no greetings or thank you After the payment. It's Just a catchfishing place, the best advice would be to run but I actually think that the most important thing That has to be fine to prepare your stomach for the pain.

Worst service I have experienced in Japan. Was told to wait as they were 'full' by a male staff member while there were several empty seats at the bar. Was finally seated once a customer pointed out to the other server that I had been waiting for a seat. After being seated I was then ignored by the staff for what seemed an eternity. Had to get a bit loud to have my order taken. Food was delicious once it arrived but the service really put a damper on the whole experience.

Run don’t go there! Nothîng to do with Japan standard, staff unfriendly, expensive not worth the money, mandatory awfull starter and drink.

Good location, bad experience. Expensive. Mandatory appetiser that is not good. Mandatory drink order. No water to order. For a group of 4, we already spent $24 even before we had our meal. Extremely difficult to order via phone all in Japanese.

Be careful tourists this place is a tourist trap , don’t come here, they charge extra just for the accommodation which is ridiculous. Go Away or you will be scared once you are ready to pay your bill.

Mandatory appetizer aside... The food just isn't that good. It's expensive, low value for what you pay, poor taste. Even something as simple as karage wasn't served with mayo. Me and my wife were both unhappy.
