Worst service I have experienced in Japan. Was told to wait as they were 'full' by a male staff member while there were several empty seats at the bar. Was finally seated once a customer pointed out to the other server that I had been waiting for a seat. After being seated I was then ignored by the staff for what seemed an eternity. Had to get a bit loud to have my order taken. Food was delicious once it arrived but the service really put a damper on the whole experience.

Good location, bad experience. Expensive. Mandatory appetiser that is not good. Mandatory drink order. No water to order. For a group of 4, we already spent $24 even before we had our meal. Extremely difficult to order via phone all in Japanese.

Mandatory appetizer aside... The food just isn't that good. It's expensive, low value for what you pay, poor taste. Even something as simple as karage wasn't served with mayo. Me and my wife were both unhappy.

Not worth the visit. Overpriced is the best description. You have to order at least a drink and you have to pay 330yen for some very small appetizers. Also they asked us to order via online menu which would be okay if it would work, which it didn't. Horrible places.

Almost everything in the menu was out of stock, no way to order without scanning some QR code which leads you to a non english menu. High cover charge and they force you to order drinks. Don’t eat here

Place is a scam. Advertises low prices for beer but it’s not possible to get it. Food is overpriced for portion size. Minimum drink order and must pay for appetizer. Definition of tourist trap.

Be careful tourists this place is a tourist trap , don’t come here, they charge extra just for the accommodation which is ridiculous. Go Away or you will be scared once you are ready to pay your bill.
