Sooo.. Entry charge 363 Yen/pp Beer in the menu 580 Yen, while they tell you to scan a barcode and use online form (which is nice) and you even can chose the language! (but still majority of text is in Japanese?) And through the app it's 638 Yen all of a sudden.. The cleaning of the table next to me was done on 1/4th of the table and that's it. Place definetly built just to exploit tourists. Recommend going anywhere else..

Food is not good.. specially the okonomiYUCKY,. It was just batter and the veggies were missing. you are better off spending that table charge somewhere else. Or maybe try the restaurant across it.

Worst service I have experienced in Japan. Was told to wait as they were 'full' by a male staff member while there were several empty seats at the bar. Was finally seated once a customer pointed out to the other server that I had been waiting for a seat. After being seated I was then ignored by the staff for what seemed an eternity. Had to get a bit loud to have my order taken. Food was delicious once it arrived but the service really put a damper on the whole experience.

Rip off. Terrible kushi katsu that tastes like it was cooked in burned, week old oil. Garbage appetisers that you don't ask for added to your bill. Staff are condescending and rude. Avoid! Please avoid!

Food was served fast and hot. A good place to stop for some aircon and a drink. A little noisy but that adds to the charm. Staff are helpful.

Seat charge is ridiculous, why would a restaurant charge people to have food there? There are lots other places where you can eat without getting scammed
