Kushimoto Turkish Memorial and Museum

The Kushimoto Turkish Memorial and Museum is a beautiful and meaningful site, commemorating an important piece of history between Turkey and Japan. The museum is well-organized and informative, making it a worthwhile visit. A special mention to the kind lady at the museum—she actually ran after me because she found the answer to a question I had asked earlier! Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

You can read and experience some great stories about the long friendship between Turkey and Japan. Plan to spend 30-45min.

A place with full of history. This is the first time I know that Turkey and Japan have a history that binds them But its just not only a museum. There is a shop selling Turkish goods. You can take a look so beautiful the design of typical Turkish goods. If you are a moslem, there is a mosque which seems to be able to borrow a prayer room too. The place are huge. if you walk to the end, you will find a light house.

Interesting place to visit. Remote location. Includes the museum and lighthouse and a few other buildings. You can climb the spiral stairs to the top of the lighthouse.

A memorial ground for the Turkish shipwreck from Japan back to Turkey. ¥500 entrance fee. Didn't go inside. Just turn around visiting the park area.

Excellent place to see and understand how can a treast be a start of good relativo between two far away countries.

It was a nice place if you want to see where the boat of turkey army shrink..you can visit this place
