Kuta Beach

Very nice beach and highly underrated! I was somehow discouraged by the reviews before I went, but I’m glad i didn’t let it stop me from going! Beautiful stretch of white sand with plenty of space for people to hang out and enjoy the beach. With regard to cleanliness - in the pictures you’ll see a cleaning crew that I learned that they show up every morning to pick up the trash left by visitors on the beach. Was very happy to see that and their work can be clearly seen throughout the beach. There is a publicly accessible shower, locker and bathroom for a very small charge. Extremely clean and well maintained! There is a private area where you can rent sun beds and also partake in beach activities. Overall the beach is highly recommended 💯

A really stunning beach, the water is pretty calm, so you’ll see people swimming as well as many sunbathing along the shore. What really bothered me was the constant approach from vendors, they came by every few minutes, which can get a bit annoying.

One of the prettiest beach in Lombok. You can swim, sunbath, or walk along the shore. Family friendly as there are mini electric car for the kids to rent.

Very nice family beach for picnic, having a walk, doing sport, enjoying sunset. Beautiful view with the iconic hills, white sand, blue water. If you arrived in Kuta Lombok on the afternoon, after check-in and having a rest, this is your first beach to visit before looking for dinner nearby.

So beautiful, but sadly covered in SO MUCH plastic! My heart breaks every time I see this… Today, I watched locals burying all the garbage right on the beach… :( In just one hour, my boyfriend and I filled two big bags, and there’s still so much left to clean!! Just another beach with pretty sand. When I came here, I was in the eastern area which was quite clean and not filled with plastic trash. The view I got was also good. As a local, I was annoyed by the kids offering their products. Having to pay a 10k parking ticket was really expensive.

Pretty white sandy beach protected by reef and housing numerous local fishing boats in the sheltered cove. Currently construction is underwater for a jetty, so potentially ferries may include as a destination in the future.

Clean beach, beautiful sunset, easy accessibility. Saw some starfish, cucumbers and fish. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
