Kuum Hotel & SPA Bodrum

Overall, we had a great stay. The beach area is beautiful with water an admirable view. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was outstanding with an impressive variety of choices. However, the “& Spa” part of the hotel was a real disappointment for us. We specifically chose Kuum because we enjoy using spa facilities while traveling, but it did not meet expectations. The fitness area had no fresh air and good equipments, the wet area felt outdated, and overall, the spa did not match the high standard of the hotel. The staff at the spa were also unclear — at first we were told it closes at 19, which is not ideal, then we were rushed if we wanted to use the sauna. It was not the relaxing experience one would hope for in a place like this. If the spa facilities were updated and managed with the same care as the beach, rooms, and dining, this hotel would be exceptional.

We stayed at Kuum Hotel & Spa for 3 nights and overall had a lovely experience. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding—special thanks to the housekeeping staff who did an amazing job every single day. The spa was also excellent, with skilled therapists and a relaxing atmosphere. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel welcome. The location is beautiful, and even though the beach area isn’t sandy, the music and ambiance made it a very enjoyable place to spend the day. There are a few areas that could be improved: there are a lot of stairs around the property, which might be challenging for some. Breakfast was tasty and the service was good, but the selection could be more varied, especially on different days. Also, the beachside service was a bit slow at times. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with high standards in cleanliness and spa service. We had a great time and would come back!

Very disappointing experience. I paid 3,500 TL and couldn’t even sit near the beach. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no atmosphere at all. Almost all the good spots were “reserved,” so you’re left without a decent place to sit. The number of umbrellas is very limited — expect to stay under the sun with no shade and no assistance. Definitely not worth the price.

I would recommend Kuum to family and friends. Spatious clean rooms and the service is amazing. Food was great you have to try their fries sooo good and the reciption employees were so polite and so helpful in booking all our restaurants. if you are in Bodrum you have to stay at their hotel. Also they have boat reservation services with reasonable prices. If you are staying at Kuum you must try their Spa. The massage and Turkish bath was so relaxing and very good.

To be honest, the service at this hotel was the worst I have come across. Comparable to other hotels at the same price range it’s less than 1 star. The location is lovely but it’s severely let down by terrible customer service and skills.

Everyone was super amazing, smiling and happy to help all the time. The rooms were extra clean and spacious. The view was spectacular - I stayed in room 52. Lastly, buffet was delicious.

The experience was amazing at Kuum The staff was very friendly and helpful in everything they always make sure we are happy and satisfied especially the reception staff Mr Murad and the others , our room service cleaning lady was very professional and she always kept my room in very neat way. Ahmet the golf cart driver was really friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with wonderful Seaview. Me and my wife Kholod at room 56 spent a wonderful 3 days at Kuum hotel.

I stay at Kuum hotel in Bodrum, Turkey for 3 nights. What an amazing experience. The Reception staff were so friendly, accommodating and professional especially as a foreigner to the country. Figen, Ertan and Baris were the most attentive hosts I’ve ever met in my travels. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Bodrum, Turkey. God Bless them.🙏🏾
