Kuzina in Athens is an absolutely outstanding Michelin-recommended restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience overall. The food was truly remarkable—I was particularly amazed by the lamb. I usually don’t enjoy lamb due to its distinct gamy taste, but Kuzina’s version was perfectly prepared with no trace of unpleasant odor. It was incredibly delicious!
The starters were also impressive—the fish and octopus were both exquisite. The octopus was cooked to perfection—tender yet firm, not too tough nor too soft.
The restaurant’s terrace boasts a truly unique and breathtaking view directly facing the Acropolis. It’s a spectacular sight that adds a magical touch to the dining experience. However, securing a reservation can be quite challenging as the place is fully booked almost every day. I highly recommend making a reservation well in advance if you plan to visit.( 7pm is the best you can see the day light also the sunset )
Service at Kuzina was also excellent—attentive, professional, and welcoming.
That said, the only downside was the cleanliness of the wine glasses and water cups. Many had visible lipstick or lip balm stains, likely due to issues with the dishwasher. The ice bucket also appeared less than clean. This is an area that could definitely use improvement.
Despite this, if you’re looking for a perfect evening with incredible food under the shadow of the Acropolis, I highly recommend Kuzina!
