We chose this restaurant because it is Michelin recommended and has a view of the Acropolis, so we were quite excited.
For starters, we ordered the marinated octopus and the fresh blue crab salad. For mains, we had the spicy tuna, chicken, and twelve hour braised pork.
Both starters were delicious, especially the blue crab salad. It had an Asian-inspired flavour, the crab meat was generous, and the seasoning was just right — not too heavy, which made it a perfect appetizer. The octopus was also very tasty and not chewy at all.
Among the three mains, the chicken was the best. It was tender and the potatoes served with it were cooked in olive oil and very flavourful. The spicy tuna was really spicy, which is rare in Western cuisine, so if you enjoy spicy food you will love it. The weakest dish was the braised pork — it tasted like meat that had been boiled for soup, not appetizing at all.
The best part of the experience was definitely the view. We had a corner table with a direct view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely surprise. It was a great spot for photos too.
