I took butterscotch eggless ice cake from the store for my husband's birthday last evening. Sadly, I was so disappointed as both of us did not like it at all. It was nothing like a typical ice-cake - neither the flavour was that of a butterscotch nor the texture of the cake. I mean with taxes it costed me 38 bucks, and we couldn't finish it because of its taste. Won't recommend this place for cakes at all. Other small vendors would do a much better job. P.S - However, I do like their ice cream scoops.

Google
It's a nice ice cream shop that brings Indian flavors and American flavors together and all their ice creams are so good and I'm tried today there your cookies and cream Ice cream sundae 🍨

Google
They have really good flavours. Our favourites are Paan and Malai Kulfi. We also got the sugar free fig and walnut for my mom which was also sinful. The faloodas are extremely sweet and not the best. I would rather recommend the kulfi's

Google
We stumbled upon this ice cream parlor by chance. They have a plethora of unusual and innovative flavors. My guess is that they could be inspired by Indian flavors. They have many fruity flavors including figs and nuts, mango and pomegranate, and custard apple. They have different types of kulfi including falooda and kesar kulfi. They have unusual flavors like paan masala, motichoor, and gulab jamun. We were impressed by the wide variety. The usual flavors like coffee, chocolate, and vanilla are also available. They have different types of luxurious shakes and sundaes. They sell pints and quarts too. They also make eggless cakes to order. We tried the custard apple flavor which had a mild fruit flavor. The ambience is good but they could add more seating options. We found only one chair inside the store. I look forward to trying other flavors here.

Google
Good place for kulfi but I am disappointed that they have taken away dairy free options. I really enjoy the malai kulfi and they also have good kulfi ice cream flavors that are a lot of fun. Last time we were here the person working was very rude and would not let us use the bathroom even though we were paying customers. She also made us wait more than 5 minutes before coming to the back, to the point where we were unsure if anyone was in at all.

Google
We ordered 2 faloodas - none of them have original taste. the first one was original one is a rose ice cream falooda and it was ok taste and unless i mixed the ice cream it was tasteless- second falooda was mango and it has bundles of nodles which were sticked and very hard to eat. The taste of mango falooda was mediocre. They have ice creams and cakes as well which we did not try. The shop was clean - also the falooda are on the expensive side

Google
Do you want to taste Indian ice cream then best stop for it. Had falooda, it's very taste. There are lot of varieties. Cost is bit higher side but you enjoy the ice cream for sure. Falooda must try

Google
If you want to have authentic India-style ice cream, you have to visit this spot. I stopped by with a buddy around 9pm on a Saturday night. The ice cream and Falooda was awesome. They have a decent variety of flavors. Everything we tried was very delicious. The staff is professional. They'll let you sample any flavor that you want before buying. Everything is eggless!! It matters to me and many people that I know.

Yelp
I tried the Paan ice cream here and it never fails to make my taste buds happy. The service was also good! The worker was very patient while we asked for several samples before choosing what we wanted. Will definitely be back:)

Yelp
The green guava ice cream was really good! Creamy with the light flavor of guava. I'll have to try some of their other flavors sometime! The only downsides were the shop wasn't particularly aesthetic and it seemed understaffed. The flavors were definitely more creative than some of the other ice cream places around, tho.

Angelique A.

Yelp
Best Indian ice cream in the US. Unique flavors and so creamy. Must stop by the next time I'm in town again.

Taruna T.

Yelp
Okish paan icecream did not taste like pan @ all. Has crystal sugar. Other flavors may be better but I did not tdy

Yelp
We saw a sign for Kwality Ice Cream on the roadside as we were headed to Andia's, which is a great ice cream place. Andia's was so jam packed with a line out the door we mapped how to get to Kwality. We were in for a surprise and didn't even know it! So we get to Kwality Ice Cream, which is in Bethany Village by Rosati Pizza. It's ice cream of Indian origin that looked to me to be homemade and what I tried was very creamy. They have so many flavors, many of which I've never heard of. I wasn't feeling too adventurous so got a scoop of black currant, which was fantastic, and a scoop of pistachio that was very good. I definitely want to return and go thru the entire list of choices!

Talia S.

Yelp
This place is so cool! They have authentic Indian desserts and ice cream flavors and drinks! Not that I would know, but the other customers tell me this is 100% legit! What I do know is that you can taste the kwality of the ingredients, taste the care put into these foods, and the service is fantastic! Not only was the lady super patient with our many questions, the customers chimed in to help! Absolutely worth a stop in and a trip back again and again!

Tahuriah K.

Yelp
This was my first time here. I got the rose petal and kulfi falooda ice cream and my husband got a slice of the pista kulfi. We were blown away by the flavors. The rose petal wasn't too sweet and hit the rose notes really well. The kulfi falooda ice cream tasted exactly like kulfi falooda. The pista kulfi was really flavorful as well. Cause of covid they're not offering samples, which was a bummer cause I really wanted to try some of the unique flavors like meetha paan and rhajbog. We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the flavors!

Yelp
$9 for two tiny scoops of ice cream on a waffle cone... what a joke. They have interesting flavors but seriously $9???

Sweta S.

Yelp
I was dying to check this out because this is also a brand in India. The cashier was very sweet. However, when we asked for a suggestion about the falooda(an ice cream based drink with noodles), she did not have a preference. She then clarified she like the ice cream better. Her response made me second guess my decision. I had the Mava Kulfi Falooda, which cost $7. It was delicious but also way too sweet. It was like diabetes in a cup. It's been a while since I had Falooda, so it's very possible I just didn't remember how sweet it typically is. I probably would come here on special occasions. They really did a great job with social distancing in their shop and the credit card payment slot was on a separate table, away from the cashier, which was much appreciated. I may just go for the rose ice cream next time.

Yelp
You have got to be kidding I just don't see why this ice cream place can be busy it is absolutely overpriced you get 2 extremely small scoops for $6.99 and it came to over $7.00 after tax. This place is a absolute ripoff and the ice cream is not all that good in the first place.I just cannot understand why people give their hard earned money to this place how is it even legal to charge that much for a baby size amount of ice cream I met a Indian lady in the parking lot on my way to my car and told her this was my first time getting ice cream from this place look how tiny this cup is,she said she never bring her family there after going once and like me she also said it is way too expensive for the amount you get and the quality is not what they say it is We both agreed that you can go to the grocery store and buy a half gallon or a gallon for the price that they charge for 2 scoops at this place. It is best to skip this place and go across the parking lot to Food Lion and get some Blue Bell Ice Cream or another brand that is much better than this overpriced stuff Never Ever Ever Ever Ever Ever again will I go here and spend $7.00 on 2 scoops of phony ice cream I wish I could give zero stars because that is what this place deserves.Believe me the ice cream is nothing special at all and the quality and quantity is just a total and absolute ripoff,go spend your money elsewhere where you get better and more

Ashley W.

Yelp
Very unique flavors, but not exactly your standard ice cream joint. I enjoyed my butterscotch cone, but my husband's Ferraro Rocher cone was lacking in chocolate or hazelnut flavor. They have some adventurous options, which might be fun if you're in the mood for that, but no milkshakes or other Dairy Queen type standards, which was what I was in the mood for unfortunately.

Syed M.

Yelp
So many options & variety of ice-creams, cakes & all kind of desserts to choose from. Only reason for 3 star is the delay for our order. We were next in line, but was ignored & next family of approximately 10 were taken care of (one by one). Due to that, we ended up waiting for 15-20 minutes just for our order to be taken. Hope this gets fixed soon & orders are taken chronologically. As far as falooda's are concerned: All of them were super delicious & yummy. Might visit again if my craving for falooda kicks in! ;)

Yelp
First to review! (Matt G, get a life). This used to be the FroYo location for a long time, now renovated and for some reason made a lot smaller. I went to the grand opening to try some Indian Ice cream! Think flavors like mango, lychee, rose petal, pistachio, guava, gulab jamun and more. Nice to see a specialized ice cream shop. Apparently it's a chain across the country. All flavors made without eggs for those who swing that way. The Kwality brand has 56 flavors, but all will not be available each day, however they did have probably over 30. Apart from Indian flavors you can also get stuff like rum raisin, pina colada, tuttifrutti, cassata, etc. I only tried rose petal ice cream. It was good, with pieces of petal, pink as expected. I would gladly come back to try more, but the cup sizes are so small. Every other ice cream shop across the state digs in with full force to give you an overflowing scoop. I have even been to placed where they go in a second time to give you a second scoop on top of your one cup. This small cup wasn't even full, with air inside. The price point is the same as other ice cream shops. You could say it's home made (do you live in the shop?) and non GMO and all that, but That's kind of expected these days. Maybe it's less quantity because specialized flavors are more expensive. Over time I think people will look elsewhere where they get more for their money. Service was fine, they were knowledgeable about allergens and they do have a lot of flavors with nuts and nut toppings, so people who have that as their cryptonite, be careful and ask. They also make eggless cakes. Ambiance is a bit dull and needs background music.

Yelp
I don't have much a sweet tooth, so I decided to take advantage of my random ice cream craving and try out a new ice cream shop. Today's pick? Kwality Ice Cream & Bakers! Looking at the menu can be overwhelming at first, especially if you're not familiar with some more authentic Indian flavors. However they also have a great selection of authentic-yet-more-recognizable flavors, so don't let that intimidate you! However because of COVID, they're (understandably) not offering free samples to try out all the flavors. Their menu is bright and has tons of pictures of their delicious dessert styles that they offer. I opted for two scoops of ice cream - one scoop of Mango and one scoop of Tiramisu. I'm usually not a fan of fruity ice cream (don't even get me started on the generic grocery store strawberry flavor, gross!) but I wanted to try more than one flavor and mango just speaks to me. I was so pleasantly surprised at how creamy and fluffy (is that a word used to describe ice cream? Well it is now!) the ice cream was. Seriously, so delicious! These two flavors were the perfect amount of sweetness for me. The Mango flavor straight up tasted like a real mango and the Tiramisu flavor was delicious with the perfect hint of coffee. Also I didn't think these two flavors would go well together but honestly, not the worst combination, albeit I did eat them separately. Quick tip: homemade ice cream melts a lot quicker than what you're used to, so eat it fast! All in all, great experience. Inside is super clean and bright, with COVID-19 restrictions in place (masks, social distancing, etc). I'm excited to come back and try out their other flavors!

Yelp
Cheating on quart size and volumes as mentioned in previous review - not worth the $14 you pay for ! After posting review in FB , the owner requested the admin to delete the review and had asked a mutual friend to call and talk to us. Increase the quality instead of wasting an hour of your friends time and our time over a tub of ice cream .

Calah Y.

Yelp
Some of the best coconut ice cream I've ever had! Mango is also great. Lots of flavors to choose from, some of which I've never heard of, but excited to try. Friendly service. Pricing is a bit on the higher side, but for the quality, I don't mind splurging once in awhile.

Debojyoti L.

Yelp
Really disappointed to give one star for the rating . It was a good ice cream parlor but lately it has changed its recipe of Falooda kulfi. Earlier they use to top cubed kulfi with falooda and ice cream. Nowadays (atleast last few times for us) they don't even give kulfi to that. That defeats the whole point of falooda kulfi. The place is nice.

Samantha W.

Yelp
We came here after eating food from next door. We were looking for a yummy dessert. This place has Indian flavored ice creams and some other interesting flavors! We ordered many scoops of ice cream and they were all good. The service was quick & pretty friendly. Overall, everything was really good. We will be back to try other things on the menu!

Rajan M.

Yelp
Kulfi with Falooda was very disappointing! I am from Delhi and this Kulfi was a shake which I didn't understand.

Manoj K.

Yelp
Their Falooda used to be good but has gone pathetic these days. When I went, the attendant on the other side was very rude. I asked for Falooda "without" Noodles in it and for that, she says I have to charge you more ?!? On Prodding, she smugs - "without Noodles, she has to put three extra spoons of milk". She charged a dollar more for that. Definitely not worth $9 for a tumbler of sugared Milk. I would say DIY.

Charli H.

Yelp
If you are looking for basic store brand flavors - this aint the place. But if you want amazing Indian flavors for your ice cream which includes flavors such as saffron, rose, mango, fig, then you have got to try here! I moved to Cary from California and have been searching for these flavors for 3 years. The Indian ice cream offers flavors that are smooth and complex and creamy. The family that runs this place is friendly and helpful - and willing to take the time to let you figure out what you would like. If you are in the neighborhood, and you haven't tried them yet - stop in. This place rocks! I won't comment too much on comparisons to other ice cream places because I don't eat ice cream enough to know the cost/size norms--- but I can say we got a pint a few days ago and it was packed to the top (So maybe some of the previously mentioned comments have been addressed).

Sushant G.

Yelp
Family of four of us went. Choices are many BUT the prices for the quantity you get is terrible! For $4 you get a SMALL cup of ice cream. We also got Falooda Original and were disappointed in how it tasted. The person who made it did not wash the container/mixer from the previous order. Cannot recommend this new ice cream place.

Anagha C.

Yelp
I personally would've give them not even a single star . This is a late review . We had Kwality ice cream in January and my 3 year old got very sick with gastroenteritis . It took him a week to recover . Beware of eating here !

Kiran A.

Yelp
Excellent quality, tastes like the ice cream back in India. I think the quantity is decent. I believe in quality not quantity.. Happy to support local businesses. We drove down from chapel hill to try this place out. Will return

Peter S.

Yelp
Best ice cream in Town .Tried their Falooda and Tuti Fruti. Both are Awesome and Delicious .Prices are very fair to the area and the service was great.Place was super clean and the Owners are great. Will come back again and try different flavors

Arun R.

Yelp
Some of the Ice creams I tried are good!! Will come back again.... Little expensive..

Carolyn B.

Yelp
Creative interesting flavors and friendly service. Ice cream is good quality and delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Simran S.

Yelp
It's very good in quality but very less in quantity. A single glass of faluda cost me 6.99$. Rest all is good and tasty.

S M.

Yelp
Just tried them out today and I am very impressed. Clean shop and a LOT of flavors and choices. You should be aware that their primary focus is on Indian flavors, and they have a spectacular selection of flavors on that front. But of you are looking for your run-of-the-mill icecream flavors, you may be disappointed with their smaller selection on that front. Still, their salted caramel tasted great! The ice cream is fresh, creamy and tastes great. We were a bit hesitant due to complaints about portion sizes here on Yelp but either that was never an issue or they have taken criticisms onboard and made changes. But our single and double scoop servings were massive and we have zero complaints on that front. We'll definitely be visiting again!

V T.

Yelp
Awesome icecream place with indian icecream flavors you won't find anywhere else. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

Zain C.

Yelp
The Falooda I had was great tasting and good portion. *Remember you get what you pay for and the quality speaks for it self.

Chetan T.

Yelp
Flavors and taste for ice cream is great, but too pricey for the quantity given. Falooda was very nice too. Would be great if they make pricing more competitive
