Kwong Shop Seafood Restaurant

Great fresh seafood in a low key outlet. The fish and clams were really really good. Friendly service, welcoming lady boss. I do not put 5 starts because they do not have wine list (just house petrol) but if they add one i will give them 6 stars. We will surely come back before we leave

An amazing place to stop by! We saw the restaurant across the street whilst walking back to our hotel and absolutely fell in love with it, even coming back twice after the first dinner and not being tired of the seafood due to the huge amount of dishes present in the menu. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing, the interior is not that fancy but the simplicity of it is what stood out for me. Kwong Shop also has a separate air-conditioned room with 8 tables, the waiters will take you there if you ask specifically. Overall, it is an awesome place if you want to try local seafood and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of it all :)

Cheap prices. And not a very good Pad Thai. Mushy. Not much flavour. Disappointed. The chicken fried rice was better and a couple of beers 🍺 helped. Hoped for better food.

Went here with my partner and I honestly can't complain. You get complimentary fruit to begin with, which was nice. The food was super flavourful - recommend the spicy muscles, Tom Yum soup and the papaya salad. The food also didn't take too long to come out. The staff were friendly. I would come back again to try the massive menu

saw this place being spotlighted by many travellers on social media so decided to come here to have a go. we ordered various seafood like lobster cuttlefish and mantis shrimps whereas the main dishes ordered were seafood tom yam and pad thai. all of them tasted great i have to be honest the only downside i feel is that the lobster is not so fresh and furthermore the meat is quite less also that the staff tried to up the price by abit but we managed to bargain to a reasonable price of 1600 bhat after a few attempts sadly i dont think i will be back

Food was okay, good but not too special. Fresh ingredients. Service was very nice with affordable price. They also have so many options in the menu. Still worth to try at lease once tho.

We were very disappointed by this place, as we were told it is one of the better seafood places... We arrived around 19:45 and ordered scallops, hong kong beef and some noodles. It took an hour to get the food, while the place was not even that full. Dishes came one after another so one person was finished while the other had not been able to start. People that came after us got their food earlier, which was slightly disappointing. The food tasted bland, seafood noodles and Pad Thai was very basic. The beef was boring and the scallops were good, but nothing to rave about. Getting the bill took a good 15 minutes, so it seemed like the place cared about getting people in through the door more than actually decent service. The place is at least well ventilated for a long wait.

Food is just normal, price is not so cheap. Service is good! Atmosphere is good got aicon room inside if need cooler area.
