KX Pilates Glebe

Really wonderful KX Pilates studio. Vibes are friendly and warm, instructors are generally super professional and helpful, and studio is clean and bright. Great for pure beginners to advanced practitioners. Shout out to Ellen and Monique for being astounding instructors!!

Had our first visit today and loved it! We were made to feel welcome by the instructor, and she provided a fab session. We loved the space, and how supported AND challenged we felt. Would def recommend

This is the best pilates studio I have been to in Sydney! The equipment is so nice. The instructors are even nicer! They are always looking out to make sure your form is right and they really know what they are doing. Every class is different so that it does not get repetitive which I LOVE. And it's always so fun. I love how there is filtered water in the studio. And I like how the classes are based on experience level!

Every single instructor at KX Glebe is knowledgeable, skillful and so, so nice. Every class feels different to the last - there are so many positions to do on the reformer - you don’t even feel like you’ve had a work out until the next day. My fitness has definitely improved. I highly recommend for those bored with average gym classes for something a bit different that works for all shapes and sizes.

I did the beginner class at KX and loved it. Have experience with reformer pilates in Ireland so I wasn’t sure if it would be the right level for me but it was great. The instructor was very welcoming, explained how to do everything really clearly and there were both beginner and intermediate level options for all the moves we did. The studio was also lovely. Would recommend.
