Kygo Hostels

Had a great stay in Kygo Hostels (single bed dormitory). What I liked: 1. Affordable stay 2. Clean Bathroom 3. Timely Housekeeping 4. A stroll inside Lotus Pond park completely rejuvenates the day. 5. Proper CCTV 6. Stable & high speed internet WiFi 7. 24x7 solar heated water 8. Smoking is prohibited 9. No time restrictions of going out or coming in, except check-in check-out time, of course. 10. A large common area where you have access to a good collection of books, musical instruments, board games and other stuff to keep you busy with your fellow travellers. 11. Availability of common daily supplies like Toothbrush, detergent, etc in the reception. 12. Mithila the owner of Kygo Hostels is quite friendly and is always available for any help. Also do say hello to her two beautiful persian cats, Lucy & Ash. What I didn't like (it's important to note that I didn't ask for any help from Mithila since I was okay to manage the downside, so it's quite possible that the following points except the last would've been solved): 1. The mattress was not that comfortable and ached my back but that could just be me. 2. The bedsheet was quite small compared to the thick mattress and came off easily while sleeping. 3. Absence of wires in the terrace for drying clothes or hooks in the dormitory to hang regular wears. Laundry stands were limited and were always filled by other occupants. 4. Absence of any lockers in the dormitory. The hostel assumes no responsibility for any loss in your absence. Overall I would rate the hostel 8.5/10

Everything was good during my stay. The owner was very kind and supportive. The pond side view was great. A good place for solo travellers.

Beautiful area and perfect building .. good space to stay if you are visiting for a couple of days.. well connected and central location.

The room is very nice. The hostel as a whole is very nice. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the non A/C room. Take an A/C only room.

Amazing hostel with wonderful private rooms and helpful staff. Most comfy bed I've had in a long time. Kitchen is a bit dirty, can be a bit noisy at night when someone watches TV at full volume in the common room, limited parking. Location is beautiful, right next to the pond. Amazing rooftop!

Location is good with front view of lake. Interior and arrangements were good. They have the required resources but no one was ready to provide them properly.Services are not up to the mark. Washroom didn't had hot water. Didn't allow early check-in even after they had availability. Edit1: I hope u go through the guest list before u say I didn't visit, I visited on 30th Aug with friends and had a daylong stay. I understand the BASICS and policy but you should adhere to the commitment you made. And in concern to all other options definitely would not recommend your property or book it anytime again.
