I heard this place’s popularity among locals. The long waiting line moves quickly. Most of people appear to order the same fried hot dog, which costs 50UAH (US$1.25). It was so good that after consuming one I went back to the line and bought the second. Even local policemen come to eat, indicating how much the food is appreciated.
They have no seats, everybody has to buy and take out or stand to eat hot.

Everyone eats perepichka, regardless of social status. For locals, it is a real place for nostalgia.

Awesome place! The only food is sausage inside a dough which is fried, and it is sooo delicious. This place is awesome for a quick bite, and for breakfast. They have coffee and soft drinks too. The food is hot and fresh because it is a popular place and they keep making it. There is almost always a line, but the line moves quick so you won't wait for long. I strongly suggest this place.

For many locals it is also memories from childhood and youth, and people coming back again and again because taste and quality remains the same for decades. Worth trying if you understand what it is by photo ;)
