Kyrenia beach bar restaurant

I feel it's a hidden gem of a place. Not very hard to reach by car. It's just there by the beach and they have a couple of sunbeds and umbrellas to rent but you can easily bring your own. The beach is pebbles and it's basically 1km or more of beach to yourself... the water is beautiful and clean. I've been there many times and it's almost always very windy in the afternoon. The food is very decent; we had Swordfish, calamari, sea bass, all was great and tasty and the price is right. Service is very decent.

Honestly this place is wonderful! The staff are kind, welcoming and friendly. The food is simple, traditional and delicious. 😋 It’s right on the sea so the views are very picturesque😍 I will be back very soon!

Wonderful family-run beach restaurant! Very friendly service, excellent and freshly prepared fish. Everything tastes authentic and homemade. An idyllic spot away from the tourist crowds — perfect for a relaxed meal by the sea. Five stars!

Avoid this place! I order a pork chop and sayd clear on the menu “from the grill “ and receive and pork chop deep fried and finished to the owen!SHAME!

Very scenic restaurant on the beach, reccomend seafood options, had the mussels and swordfish was very tasty, really good price to match.

I love this place. The food is great, the service perfect, and the location is peaceful and gorgeous. I don't know why people flock to Melanda, with its bright lights and fried food. Maybe because it has more signs? This is where you want to be.

Google says open but definitely closed when arrived lunch time Fri 12th Dec 2025! Beautiful view - will have to try another time.
