We stayed in rosemary room. Lobby, breakfast area and room decorations were excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Location is very convenient to go by feet everywhere. Also, staff was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the harbour in Kyrenia. It is absolutely gorgeous, the staff here are the friendliest and most helpful group of young men and I appreciate each of them. Thank you! I spent one night here and wish I could have stayed much longer. The shower was immense, the beds comfortable, everything is uniquely designed and decorated with charm. The breakfast is a Turkish breakfast and I do enjoy them so very much. I have nothing but love for this enchanting hotel thank you again from America!

One of the few places where the pictures posted by the hotel are identical to what you find once there. Oh what an interesting place, indeed! The Kyrenia Palace Boutique Hotel is a gem, with this multitude of antique objects carefully chosen with love! And the rooms are royal! We spent 3 wonderful nights, thanks to Zafar, the dedicated manager, who did his best to make us want to come back again... And he succeeded, because we certainly will!

The breakfast service the highlight of our stay. The room we stayed at was dark and gloomy. The windows were SMALL, the lighting inside wasn’t adequate. We noticed in the morning that the toilet seat was leaking.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located right in the center. The historical charm of the building, with its tall Ottoman-era floors, added a unique and authentic touch to my experience. While there is no elevator, it’s understandable given the building's heritage, and honestly, it didn’t detract from my stay at all. Mr. Bulut, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our visit comfortable—he even took the time to show us the best routes around the area. The hotel was clean and generally well-maintained. The car park next to the hotel is also managed by a lovely old couple who were extremely helpful. This was by far my best experience in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and I will definitely never stay anywhere else again! Highly recommended! Pros: - Location: Right in the center, perfect for exploring Kyrenia. - Historical Charm: The building’s Ottoman-era architecture adds a unique touch. - Exceptional Service: Mr. Bulut provided outstanding service. - Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Cons: - No Elevator: Understandable due to the historical nature of the building, but something to consider if you have mobility issues. - Breakfast: Could be improved, though it wasn’t bad. Final Words: This hotel offers an authentic and memorable experience in the heart of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The historical atmosphere and exceptional service make it a standout choice. Despite minor drawbacks like the lack of an elevator and an average breakfast, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and central stay!

Unprofessional and rude service - great location. In short: - shower pressure near zero, just a small drip… - room was at 33 degrees when we got it - smelt of damp - AC must be 20 years old and is unable to cool down the house below 28 degrees during the day time - refused to swap us rooms despite a power outage that made the AC unavailable and the house too hot to sleep in, even if the main building has a backup generator with AC available - service was so bad that we decided to leave the hotel in the evening before the end of the first night to find somewhere hospitable Family of four we booked a room which is a “2 bedroom house”. First thing to note: the two bedroom house wasn’t quite ready when we arrived at check in time - but it was ready after a ten minute wait. All fine. When the hotel host presented us the room, the smell was damp and the AC had not been turned on. It was 33 degrees in the room when we got in. Now if the AC system was modern, this would have taken 20minutes to cool down, but the AC system must be at least 20 years old and hardly blowing. We had to wait until night time (we checked in around 2:30pm) to get the room temperature below 28 degrees. Unfortunately, we also experienced a 1 hour power cut from 9pm to 10pm, where we asked the hotel manager for a solution. Nothing was suggested - it was suggested we wait with our two tired children in the reception where the main hotel still had electricity. Obviously our “house” - part of the hotel - has no backup generator. Upon discussion, these power cuts are frequent but we were not made aware of them up front. Also, during the wait, the hotel manager did not propose any refreshment of any sort to wait, not even a glass of water. During that one our outage the temperature increased back into our room very quickly and became unbearable. We suggested to swap our house for a room in the main hotel building and this request was denied and the manager just said “why don’t you just wait 30 minutes”. Not factoring that it would take another hour at least to cool down the house. Overall a very disappointing experience and we have never come across such a rude hotel manager. Yes there was a power cut and that is nothing they can do about it. But the main hotel had rooms available to swap and they refused to let us stay in them.

Some spider nets is only negative. Old building with nice rooms. Friendly staff and perfect place in historical centre. Close to harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. It was not our first visit of Kyrenia. We will be happy to come again in this hotel.
