My stay at Kyriad Hotel, Vijayapura was extremely disappointing due to overpricing and poor service. I was charged ₹2,600 for the room, ₹1,100 for early check-in, and an additional ₹1,300 for just three extra hours, making it an unreasonable expense. Despite paying such high charges, the service was terrible—basic necessities like drinking water were not provided, with staff continuously redirecting me between reception and the restaurant. Housekeeping was also poor, as they even took away my paid water bottles while cleaning the room. To top it off, they failed to provide an invoice, which is highly unprofessional. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor coordination, and subpar service made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
