Lovely decor and ambiance. They offered a solid selection of dishes and drinks in their menu however found some items were overpriced. The broth was rich and noodles were cooked well. Although the food was great, the service was slightly disappointing. It was unfortunate that there was already a fixed 18% gratuity/tips included in the total bill. Despite that, it is still worth the visit if you are craving for a bowl of ramen.

Google
I absolutely loved there's individual seating making it feel more authentic and you feel more comfortable eating without people watching you. Service was awesome and they made us feel so welcomed even though we came in like an hour before they closed. Food came in so fast. Everything tasted awesome. We got the yinyang ramen and the omurice. They cut the egg for you. It's so fun and nice.

Google
Awesome. Best ramen I've had in a long time. Decor is clean and neat. Food came out fast and very hot. Had the Yinyang ramen, which is served in a split bowl with spicy on one side and Savory on the other. Broth was super flavorful on both. Noodles were cooked to perfection. Staff was very wonderful and attentive. My friend had the kimchi ramen which was also delicious. We both ordered the combo, which comes with sweet thai tea and a pork bao bun. Yum. We sat in a private booth which was really fun. Want great ramen? You must eat here

Google
First time here and we were very disappointed food had no flavor at all. Don't get the rice burger it just falls apart and the dragon fruit milk tea had no flavor as well. The only thing that was good was the shrimp tempura. I did like how the seating area was private but other than that I would not come again. Total was $88 for food with no flavor...

Wanted to come here for sometime so we decided to come for a friend’s birthday. First of all the ambience is very nice. It was nice to sit in one of the private booth rooms. Make sure to press the button to order. I ordered the #5 kimchee Ramen, sweet potato fries and my friend had the Omurice and chasu. The ramen was good with the right amount of spice from the kimchee. Sweet potato fries had a nice tempura batter and the sauce was like the yum yum sauce. I got to try the Omiurice for the first time ever and it was a little disappointing, I felt like it didn’t have much flavor and I would recommend sauce on the side with the tonkatsu. Chasu app was very good. Service was spotty, we pressed the service button a couple times before ordering. We were only checked on twice for water and felt like they forgot about us until it was ready to pay. I agree the 18% charge is weird if service or food was bad. I would recommend this place but it is a little on the pricer side. Will have to return to try other items.

Google
Ordered lunch special (ramen bowl, side), with added "awesome lemonade". Food was delicious, pork was fatty and well cooked. Potions were large enough that I didn't finish entire bowl of ramen. Would be a great place for date. Atmosphere was good and well decorated and clean.

Google
Great food. They have little cubbies people can sit in which is nice for a bit of privacy, but when you're next to another group of people it gets quite loud.

Google
This restaurant is so beautiful to be in. My son and I had such a nice time getting ramen here. And afterwards we ordered boba tea. I will say the pricing is a little spendy however the food and boba is very, very good

Yelp
This restaurant was amazing! I feel as though I'm kinda picky about my ramen and I thought everything I've had at this place was phenomenal. The decor is cool and they have these little personal closed off booths that I love! I feel like it would be so cute for a little date. The staff is very friendly and attentive! My boyfriend has gotten the tonkatsu curry ramen both times we've been and it is so good!!!! I don't know any other place w/ a curry ramen around us ! I got the spicy ramen and I thought it had a great level of spice and it was amazing. They have a great lunch deal where you get a drink, an app and a ramen for a VERY discounted price! Totally worth it. Their Thai tea is DELICIOUS! I think it's addictive. Their popcorn chicken is really yummy and I enjoyed it as an app. Totally recommend !

Yelp
This is a great hidden spot for Ramen. Inside a strip mall by the Cub foods. The decor us adorable and you can sit right at the counter top and slurp your meal or in a private booth/room. Definitely try the Ramen and and appetizer. Our favorites were the Ying yang bowl- which is half pork and half shrimp Ramen; Tonkatsu Ramen bowl; shrimp tempura app, chili garlic damage and purple sweet potato cake- lite/airy/ sweet. Would like to come in a group to share allergies and have an experience. They take reservations, but wasn't necessary on a weeknight for us.

Yelp
The good, the bad and the ugly: The good: great layout and very creative dining tables. The meat and egg in the ramen was quite good. The bad: I was not too impressed with the broth in the ramen. Ramen Kazama they are not. The ugly: their ipad that you check out on recommends a very high tip level and the waiter stands and watch you while you pay the bill.

Yelp
My daughter and I was in the neighborhood and I told her about this restaurant. We weren't really hungry, but was thirsty. Went to the bubble tea side and ordered our drinks. This cafe is connected to the Ramen restaurant. It's really cool dining area. There's a bamboo wall that is set up around a table to semi private dining experience, otherwise there's also private rooms. Dining tables in the middle is also available. I would definitely come back to try the food. We ordered the popcorn chicken to try for now.

Yelp
Cute vibes! But don't expect too authentic. Came here for the omurice, but I felt like the flavor was off. There wasn't too much depth and I wish it was seasoned with ketchup! The pork tonkatsu was a little dry in my opinion, but I tend to be picky. Definitely a fun place to go and lovely design, but don't except it to blow your mind.

Yelp
Food is amazing. Nice service. This has always been my go to ramen place whenever I visit Minnesota. Will definitely come back.

Yelp
Had a craving for bao and googled "Best bao near me". And, wow, did they deliver it! absolutely the best bao I've ever had. and the ramen was also delish, but I'm still in bao heaven. The spicy sauce was just the right level and the pork belly was lean, yet tender and so tasty. Will be added to our regular delivery rotation.

Yelp
Amazing! Really great place all around. Delicious authentic food, a cozy Japanese feel inside, and excellent friendly and quick service. We felt spoiled!!! 10/10 experience

Yelp
We LOVED our experience at this restaurant. We arrived in the early evening on Saturday and got seated in a cute booth behind a curtain promptly. Food: We enjoyed the Shrimp Tempura appetizer and I ordered the Sapporo Miso Ramen and choose spicy. I normally like spicy food but this became too spicy to me but still enjoyed the ramen bowl. My husband enjoyed the Korean Kimchi Ramen bowl. I would like to try more of their Ramen menu since there's a good variety to choose from. Our food also came out promptly! The ambiance is chic and cool with a great Asian vibe. I'm very glad they opened an authentic Ramen place in the suburbs of MN. This is one of our new favorite "go-to" places for dinner now. I'll definitely return. Ideally they would sell Sake as well.

Lisa T.

Yelp
It's so nice inside, our server was excellent, very friendly and the food was interesting and good.

Yelp
The restaurant itself is so well done. Various seating options- from bars, to normal tables, private style ones, etc. service has been great each time. They have it down. The menu makes it easy to order. If you're going for ramen- you can choose just ramen- or make it a bundle by adding a pork bun and thai tea. The Thai tea was great- not too sweet. The pork bun however wasn't the most flavorful. The #1 was our favorite. Enjoyed the three spices at the table!

Yelp
I'm giving this place 2 stars because the ramen and the omurice were good but the others were not. We have been to this place 3 times. The first two we tried the ramen & omurice. They were good. We came again recently and tried the Kamameshi & the rice burger. While nicely presented, the Kamameshi were bland and the items on the skewers were cold. The fried rice underneath was ok. The fried chicken rice burger was not good. The chicken was very dry that it was hard to eat. The rice buns were soggy. Service was good and the ambiance was nice. I'm really disappointed because I really want to come here often. I think we're done.

Yelp
First I want to say that I loved the tonkotsu ramen broth! the moment we walked we were welcomed and seated so swiftly. The attention to detail in the decor is immaculate and I love the restaurant branding in all the small details. My partner complemented how refreshing his lemonade was & I also enjoyed my fresh fruit tea. However, the only downside about the menu is that almost all the ramen entrees options are pork. Two chicken options and one veggie option. Also, we weren't too crazy about the Japanese cherry blossom jelly dessert. Regardless, we'll be back to dine in again :)
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped in quickly for lunch. Located in a mini strip mall with a shared parking lot. Inside the decorations were cool and detailed for each booth. It felt you were transported into somewhere kind of exotic. I thought that was pretty cool. Would like to come back and try more items from the menu.

Yelp
So excited that they opened up a 2nd kyuramen x tbaar location in the Minneapolis area! I came only for tbaar though and it's probably the best boba you can ask for around here. They have a wide menu ranging from milk tea to fresh fruit teas - I'll definitely have to try some more options next time since I usually only get milk tea. My milk green tea with boba hit the spot, I could taste the tea flavor and the boba was the perfect texture. The drinks also come in a pretty quality cup and lid that's reusable :) Looking forward to coming back again and trying the ramen here next time!

Yelp
First off, what a great atmosphere. Neat, private booths, fantastic and authentic decor. Definitely not what you'd expect from the exterior. The food was a bit mixed with some very solid upside as the bao buns were fantastic, the tonkatsu omurice was solid, and the ramen was at least on par. The ramen didn't blow us away, but was solid enough to enjoy. Lastly, the buttons for service and to pay are quite convenient. At first, I wasn't quite sure but they proved themselves well during our visit leading to prompt response just when you need it!
google avatar

Yelp
So glad their second location is open closer to me! First off, we love the seating- especially, the private booths. There, you can press a button to order or if you need anything. Food here also comes out quickly! A win when you're super hungry. We love the gyoza, it's delicious but could be more crispy. My favorite ramen is the kimchi ramen. I think it has the best broth out of the ramen they have. My fiancé had the spicy tonkotsu, which he thought was fine (he didn't like the broth). I tried their grapefruit juice and it was so thirst quenching! Strangely, their glass of water didn't taste great, so I opted out. I will return for that kimchi ramen!

Yelp
Loved the private curtains for the table that added to the romantic nature. The service was fantastic! They knew the menu and offered great suggestions. We went there mainly to try the Omurice and it did not disappoint. Was very filling and overall a good and quick dining experience. They are pretty fast so if you are looking for more of a slow dining experience I would suggest a different spot.

Yelp
I have been here three times . Each time has been a good experience . First off when you walk into the restaurant section you feel as if you've been transported to Japan. The first time I went I got to sit in the individual rooms. The individual rooms have a button to call your server. Super cute and the atmosphere feels serene and calm. The other two times we sat outside at a regular table. They have a great lunch special which gets you a lot. This most recent visit we introduce the rest that you to our sister and her kids. They were very accommodating and even brought out 3 cups that were sealed for the kids. Their attention to detail was great. We had to split ramen and some other rice entrees. They brought gf us extra bowls and plates. When leaving one of the kids dropped their water cup all over the floor. We were embarrassed but they were so nice and helped us clean up. Definitely a hit. Their food is very good. The kids are picky eaters b it they loved the popcorn chicken. I think their Takoyaki hits the spot. The ramen is always good. Last time we visited we saw they offer the Japanese omelette omurice. I wanted to try it but I was not super hungry. As far as bubble tea goes it's your standard bubble tea.

Yelp
We were seated really quickly at the bar and staff delivered waters quickly. The staff was very polite and helped answer questions. I ordered the #8 Vegetarian Ramen combo which comes with a Thai Tea and pork Bao Bun. The tea was pretty good but seemed a bit watery. The bao bun was super soft and delicious. The veggie ramen was tasty, but when shichimi togarashi was added it was great - It really elevated the flavor. The amount of ramen was so filling. The broth of the #6 spicy ramen was soooo good with and without spices added. If I went again I would probably try another variety. As for the pan fried dumplings - they were great! They were the perfect amount of crisp and tender. The dipping sauce was *chef's kiss*. Would definitely get these again! Overall, I enjoyed Kyuramen and would come back!

Yelp
Very yummy food. Bubble tea was good too. Fast service. The environment was very Japanese - clean and cute.
google avatar

Jackie B.

Yelp
Stopped by Kyuramen with coworkers for the lunch special. You get an appetizer and ramen included and can add on a drink as well for a little extra. The popcorn chicken was a delicious appetizer, and the ramen was excellent. This was my first time at a ramen restaurant and the quality and service was great. There is a call button in your booth for when you need service, and the staff was very friendly. The booths are private and quaint, but there is plenty of space. There are plenty of flavors on the menu to try no matter what your preferences are!

Yelp
Have been wanting to try this new location out since it's close to the house. Went there on a Saturday evening. Cute and clean place in a strip mall off of Rockford Road. Easy to get to and a clean and cute place with little booths and canopies for smaller groups to dine in. We ware seated right away. We were a small group of 3. The server came over and was helpful with the menu and got us water right away. The menu us full of different Ramen choices and some appetizers that you would find at a ramen restauratnt. Not many choices if you don't eat pork. You could go with the chicken or the vegetable ramen. We ordered a bunch of appetizers. The Pan Fried Gyoza (Chicken), Fried Potato Shrimp and the Salt & Pepper Crispy Corn. For the entrees we ordered two of the Chicken Ramen, one with an extra order of shrimp and hot sauce and Classic Omurice with curry sauce. Gyoza and the corn was quite tasty, didn't enjoy the shrimp as much. Lacked flavor. The ramen was decent although I fee the broth could have been more flavorful. The hot sauce and the spices at the table helped with the flavor. We also got the thai tea with boba and the amazing lemonade. Both were very tasty and we enjoyed those. I would say that this is a decent ramen place in the area and if you are in the mood for ramen, and don't mind the pork, you should check it out. Considering the alternatives are probably a few miles away. The service is decent (they could have been more attentive to fill our water glasses), the prices are not exorbitant and the food is decent.

Yelp
Decided to try this new ramen spot that opened in Plymouth because of the great reviews. I walked in and loved the aesthetic. The service was awesome! I sat at the bar and there were 4 different workers who checked on me and made sure I was good. I ordered the #6 with a mild spice level, popcorn chicken and a free passionfruit tea (grand opening promo). I can honestly say this is the best ramen I've ever had. The broth was incredible and not too spicy. The pork pork was tender and cooked to perfection. The entire bowls flavor was perfectly balanced. The popcorn chicken was also very good though I would've liked a dipping sauce but nonetheless very solid. The passionfruit tea was also great. All in all, had a great overall experience here and will make this my go-to ramen restaurant.
google avatar

Therese B.

Yelp
Only come to this restaurant if you are looking for delicious food and a calming atmosphere ;) We get ramen every year for my birthday and decided to try a new place this year. Absolutely blown away and will definitely be back.
google avatar

Elise L.

Yelp
The cutest ambiance I have seen in a long time. We happened to go during their opening week to and they had a deal for a bubble milk tea or a passion fruit tea - what a delight. I got the Korean kimchi ramen and it was incredible! I added a little more spice that was offered at the table, and it was everything my tastebuds wanted and needed. My husband got the #1 and was happy, wished he had extra pork and a little spicier, but really satisfied. The potato shrimp app was intriguing and served with a yum yum variation sauce.. it was good but not dying to order it again. The complimentary drinks were delightful and in really cute to go cups. The ambiance and service was top notch. There isn't anything we would have changed about our visit. A cute addition to a little strip mall in Plymouth!
google avatar

Lynne C.

Yelp
There's a lot of hype around this place and my husband really enjoys ramen but we weren't huge fans. The wait was incredibly long so we got some pork belly buns at the Tbarr which was super fatty and felt undercooked. We were treated to the full experience though and had the chance to sit in the cool wood looking huts!! Service and ambiance was phenomenal but I was not impressed by the food. My nephew ordered the spicy Kyushu tonkatsu and my husband got the Japanese curry ramen. I ordered the classic Omurice. The server went a got a little happy with the gravy on my rice so it was a bit over powering and the ramen bowls tasted very bland.

Yelp
Overall (4.8 stars composite score): Make this your go to for all your eating needs. Great food, exceptional service, and atmosphere that will make you happy. Food/Drink (100% 1.5 star total): 1.5 Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. This thing sure brings the . Flavors are punchy and linger on your palate after every bite (yum). Curry Ramen. Flavors were nicely balanced, which not all curry soups do. Great soft boiled egg and the toppings complimented the deliciously chewy noodle. Service (100% of 1.5 star total): 1.5 star Shout out to Arthur and Jimmy. They're the best in the business. I love how friendly and helpful they are to ensuring a memorable dining experience. Value (70% of 1 star total): .8 stars Solid portions for the price you pay. Noodles are stacked high and the bowl is satisfying. Atmosphere (100% of 1 star total): 1 star Bathrooms arer clean and modern. Decor is super modern and uptempo music makes the experience great.

Yelp
We had such a fun evening at Kyuramen as a family. The service was outstanding, friendly, and the atmosphere was really neat and felt a bit like I was back in Tokyo. We had Ramen and Tea drinks which were good. To be honest, I've had better Ramen, but give this 5 star rating for the overall collective experience. Don't get me wrong.. it was good, just not the best in town.

Yelp
Just discovered this restaurant last week and have been twice since. I've only gone during lunch time but the lunch special is a great deal at $17.99 for a huge bowl of ramen and a side. I got the Mega Ramen and Pork Roll (bao bun) both times and they were both amazing. Will definitely be going back and might try something else next time.
google avatar

Yelp
Great service, great ambience but ok ramen. Overall a good place to try, but nothing out of the ordinary.
google avatar

Yelp
One of my favorite things to do when I'm feeling a little under the weather is order ramen. This gem is a flavor bomb of mouthwatering broth and perfectly done noodles. I loved that the spicy ramen was actually spicy. Also, something unique, is their hot sauce isn't just Sriracha in a to go container. It's a unique paste from real chili, that is a bit of a smoky flavor. I also really appreciated their to go style. They put the base broth in a large bowl, then a container that hovers above with noodles, so the broth is still existent when it arrives to your home. They also numbered each ramen and matched it with the toppings. They make the menu very customizable as well with toppings which is great for picky eaters. I'm so happy I found this yummy spot, and can't wait to try more.
google avatar

Yakun L.

Yelp
Ordered delivery of a milk tea with bubbles, Lychee lime green tea and a Match pudding. Flavor is pretty good! However there are way too many bubbles in the milk tea and could choose half of them, so hope sometime soon there's an option for no tapioca bubbles or half of them. The match pudding was perfectly smooth, creamy with Matcha flavor just like what I had in Asia. Size wise the medium is more between Starbucks small and medium.
google avatar

Hannah K.

Yelp
Greeted right when we came in, fast and friendly service! Food was amazing, can't wait to come back and try some other menu items. Also, I love the layout of the restaurant!
google avatar

Amy F.

Yelp
Happy to have a non chain restaurant in the area. Have had it to go but first time stopping in. Cute decor. The booths have a curtain so you can have privacy and a button on the ball that lets staff know when you are ready to order and ready for the check. Ramen came out 5 minutes after ordering. Ordered spicy would say on a scale of 5 it was 2.5. Great flavor. The gyoza took longer- decent and similar to other gyoza recipes. They do not have a liquor license and drink menu is limited. Charging $3 for a can of soda seems excessive. Will probably just get it to go in the future
google avatar

Mary Anne W.

Yelp
I've been to the Eagan restaurant a lot, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they have one in Plymouth. The food is still great, and I love the ambiance. I ordered the pork tonkatsu omurice, and it was amazing. The tonkatsu is served on a separate plate, so if you want to take a video of the omurice being prepped, the tonkatsu will not get in the way. The omurice and tea combo was a little pricey, but it was worth it. I love the hint of cucumber in the tea. Next time, I will try the lunch special for some ramen and takoyaki
google avatar

Hue Ye L.

Yelp
Food was pretty good. Ordered the Yinyang ramen, spicy tonkatsu, and takoyaki. Everything was seasoned pretty well. Probably will choose this over Ichido.
google avatar

Joshua K.

Yelp
This is the best ramen in town. The entire experience was great from the moment we walked in. We were immediately greeted with a smile and brought to our table. The curtain was a nice touch for an intimate and private dinner with my wife and a server was there at a push of a button. What a cool approach. We ordered two different ramen dishes (#4 and #6), the popcorn chicken and bao pork buns. At the table they have three spices if you like it a bit spicier but our favorite was the sauerkraut pepper. I ordered the spiciest sauce which wasn't that hot. 5 star atmosphere 5 star service 5 star food A must try! Don't let the construction on 42nd/Rockford Rd stop you. They are open!

Justin W.

Yelp
The ramen at Kyuramen is the best in Minnesota by far. The omurice presentation is on point! The staff is very friendly and the ambiance is so unique.
google avatar

Liz G.

Yelp
Really yummy and authentic ramen! We were sat in a private booth with a button if you needed attention - fun experience. Service was very good. It was not crowded when we were there but started to fill in by the time we left. We got two types of ramen and a bao bun which were all delicious. We left full and satisfied!

Yelp
This was our first time attending Kyuramen and it did not disappoint. It went on a Friday night so it was obviously busy but it didn't feel like we were waiting for too long. The restaurant space is unique itself. It has a bar area where you can eat and regular tables but you can also be seated in private rooms and huts. I did over hear that that kind of seating is first come first serve so not sure if you could reserve for a date or big party. The food was delicious. My husband and I both got spicy ramen but he got the Spicy Kyushu Tonkotsu and I got the Sapporo Miso Ramen. You can choose from two spice levels for the Spicy Kyushu Tonkotsu and you have three spice levels to choose from for the Miso Ramen (Regular | Mild | Spicy | Hot). We also got the Chili Garlic Edamame for an appetizer and that was good as well. There are so many options on the menu that I will for sure have to be back! They have combo options; not to mention it's attached to a tea shop.

Daniel V.

Yelp
Favorite Ramen spot here, food, ambiance, and service are amazing too. Can't go wrong with this place!
google avatar

Isaac S.

Yelp
The food was awesome, great tea too. We had a sweet table in a wooden hut thing. The only downside was service was incredibly slow and there were only 6-7 tables taken while we were in there. Would go again, but don't be in a rush.
google avatar

Kevin W.

Yelp
The first few times I tried Kyuramen, I got ramen, and the ramen was pretty good, but not better than the likes of Zen Box. But then I branched out and tried the Omurice, and this is what you should be coming here for! Specifically, the Omurice Combo, with the Japanese Curry, with the Tonkotsu on the top, with the Thai Iced Tea. It's f***ing delicious! I really enjoy the private booths that both locations have, it's unique and you just feel important! Also, all restaurants should adopt the ordering/payment style that Kyuramen has. Ready to order? Press the button and someone shows up in 10 seconds. Ready to pay? Someone shows up in 10 seconds. Great spot, glad the Plymouth location opened up
google avatar

Megan E.

Yelp
The food was to die for and the restraint was so cool!! I'm so happy this opened near my home I'll be visiting a lot. I'd highly recommend this place if you want amazing ramen, or tea
google avatar

Gerritt V.

Yelp
I love Kyuramen and TBaar. Every bowl of Ramen I've had here has been delicious, service is always friendly, and I love how you can get a private booth. The TBaar has an excellent selection of drinks and can be ordered with your Ramen. I will be back!
google avatar

Eugene S.

Yelp
First time ordering curry ramen and it was good. The squid was soft to eat but salty. I'll come back again if I'm in the area.

Jo K.

Yelp
Omerice with tonkatsu was not as good as I had hoped. The Demi glaze sauce was not very flavorful, so the curry might be the better choice. The tonkatsu was a bit dry and barely any sauce on it. The curry ramen was very good. The pork belly also very good. Skip the fried oysters. Sat in the little private room which was fun. They have the push button for service. Service was average.
google avatar

Mackenzie C.

Yelp
The curry ramen was great! The inside of the restaurant is really cute. I got takeout but it would be a cute spot for lunch. I was in town for work, but I'll definitely order again when I am visiting. The gentleman at checkout was really friendly and talkative. I had enough ramen for two meals- very generous portions.
