The steak I ordered paired with the wine our server recommended were delicious, the service was very cordial and the garden-like decoration of this restaurant located in the back of a cinema are something not to be missed !

Another lovely small cinema in Paris used by Lost in Frenchlation for their showings of French movie with English subtitles. The seats are comfy but it almost seems like the front rows are higher than the ones further back.

The bar is a great spot to grab a drink with friends—it’s spacious yet still manages to feel cozy and intimate

Lots of space on Sunday evening. Free event on but still quiet enough to talk comfortably. Good but simple menu.

L'Entrepôt... It sounds like the transformation of this cinema library into a trendy restaurant for "bobos" (bourgeois bohemians) has diluted its original charm and identity. It's even more noticeable when seeing the manager saying hello to bobo community having their habits here, ignoring anyone else. The space once dedicated to cinema culture has shifted toward a more commercialized, vintage aesthetic, losing its soul in the process. While the cinema itself still offers high-quality indie films with good technical aspects (sound, screen, seating), the venue no longer feels like a genuine haven for cinema lovers. The loss of tribute to film art in the décor and ambiance seems to have turned it into more of a bourgeois social spot than a celebration of cinema culture. Restaurant offers limited meals options though food is good.

A cool little bar to meet before a screening of often exceptional films in a comfy theater. Staff at the bar area are welcoming but services is very slow. Seating is flexible and somewhat limited. Wine is carefully measured and there’s little choice of food to accompany drinks.

Yelp
This place isn't only a restaurant, but also a movie theater. While I didn't have the opportunity to eat there, I did go watch a movie in the theater part. The room was small (you can fit about 80 people), but to my surprise it didn't reek of popcorn or similar stuff. Nobody was eating, talking, using their phones... much appreciated in this time and age. From what I could see, it seems to specialize in "niche" movies; In my case, some Japanese animation movie I couldn't find in any other theater.

Yelp
I went there last week with colleagues for diner, and we had a great experience. They have a huge bar, and a very pleasant veranda / winter garden, as well as a terrasse, so you can ask to be seated wherever you prefer. On the menu, you have a large choice of French food, from fishes to meat, as well as a really good wines. Anyway, I found it very tasty, and portions are generous. Really good for value, service could be better though, but I keep a very pleasant memory of my evening there.

Yelp
I had brunch here not too long ago... and I won't be going back. Not for brunch that is. It was served buffet style and to begin with I'm not a huge fan of buffets (where are we, vegas?!?!) so that was a disappointment. The service was slow, and they were constantly running out of juice (not fresh, but from concentrate). There were some interesting selections at the buffet but it seemed as if the food had been picked over and left out for too long... The only plus was the what seemed like a bottomless bacon tray. And for that they get a star. The second star is for the location. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy your meal on a charming terrace ! It almost makes up for the food.

Yelp
Brunch review: Amazing!! For 26€, you have access to the all-you-can-eat buffet, which features almost exclusively homemade dishes both savory (grilled vegetables, gratin dauphinois, salads, eggs and bacon, roasted chicken, cheese...) and sugary (pies, croissants, crèmes brûlées, pancakes, fruit salads...). You also have free refills on homemade orange juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. It's really, really delicious... you can stay for hours if you want to. Which is cool, since this place is perfect to stay in! It used to be a factory so it is huge, and you can ask to be sitted inside, on the terrasse when it's sunny, or in their winter garden (a kind of veranda, perfect to feel as if you were outside without wind or rain) Contrary to many other brunch places in Paris, your table won't be super close to other people's, so it's way more intimate. All in all, a reaaaally good discovery. I could have given one less star for the service though; our waitress was quite rude when we asked for water, then again when we stayed a while after having paid. All the other waiters were extra nice though, hence the 5 stars!

Yelp
I wish we had the time to visit in the evening or even catch a film here. But alas, our visit was during the afternoon for a quick drink to break up the day. Lovely garden restaurant and funky surrounds. I bet this place is a fantastic on a busy night. Next time L'Entrepot!

Yelp
Ignore all tripadvisor says!! Go here. Gastropub? More like gastrobar or gastrodive-bar!! Yes this is complimentary. For cuisine it was truly great and its total disregard for pretense was almost punk rock in its profundity. Live band and an even livlier chef. The waitress was diner-worthy but oddly enough this added to the allure of this GEM! If you are under 40 and appreciate food this is worth the trip. Fight the power. Occupy Cheesecake Factory!
