Excelente boutique hotel and restaurant! the good quality is amazing. The Sirloin steak so tender and tasty! If you like Russian Salad, this is the place to have it. Wide selection of wines and beverages. I recommend this place, 100%

The restaurant is amazing, good flavor, the chef is a genius. The service is very good. The only con the size of the dishes is slightly small. My recommendation black rice “arroz negro”

There were four of us, one dish arrived much earlier than the others, when the other dishes arrived, I had already finished mine 15 minutes ago. The shrimp dish came very little, luckily we ordered starters. The food was ok.

I recently went to La Antoñita with my parents while they were visiting Madrid, and was overwhelmed with how wonderful the restaurant, the service, and the quality of the ingredients was. The plates were delicious -- you can tell great care is taken to select the finest quality ingredients, as even the simplest of dishes (like the tomatoes) are packed with delicious flavor. Other plates worth ordering are the rice, the carrilleras, the bacalao, and, of course, the "jabón" dessert! The service is also wonderful; the staff was nice, attentive, and friendly. The decor is also nice, and I applaud the design team for incorporating some older elements (like the stone tub in the washroom) as well as the dining area within the corrala of the building. I have already been back again, and will be sure to keep La Antoñita on my shortlist.

Had a solo dinner here. Service was excellent. Had the pork ribs - which were very good. The wine selection was great. Had 2 reds by the glass. For dessert had the "soap" dish. Decent. This is located on the wine/restaurant street of Madrid.

Wonderful experience. They open at 7pm and we showed up and found ourselves the first table. Yes they like to eat late in Spain! Haha. So we had some drinks, some beef tenderloin and some king prawns. The portions are good and the service is outstanding. They even had English menus!

Google
it was an amazing experience to find this restaurant unpurposedly. We just saw few crowd in front of the door and tried our luck to enjoy the meal. We went the second time before our departure. The food was really amazing. The chef was very friendly. I love the juicyness of the tomato salad dish.

The food was OK, not great, not bad. The tomato salad was fresh and a great combo with the fig marmalade and we really liked the soap desert. The patates braves not crispy enough, and the meat we ordered was not worth the price. The quality doesn't justify the price.

Yelp
We just left from a rather disappointing dinner here, our last night in Madrid. We stayed at hotel and saw that this place was on the Michelin Guide, so we made reservations for Sunday evening. The kind host gave us amazing recommendations and really took the time to explain the menu, we loved him. But, that is where the good service ended. Our waitress couldn't be bothered will helping us. Aside from taking our initial order, she never checked back on us. We had to flag her down to order more food and with that, she seemed annoyed. We asked for refills on our wine glasses. We never got those, she completely forgot about them. We wanted to order dessert, but we were so annoyed by that point, we just wanted to leave. Mind you, there was only one other table sitting next to us, who was also rather annoyed that it took almost 20 minutes for them to get the bill. The sad thing is, the food was excellent. The Oxtail Crunch Roll was one of the most amazing dishes we've had in Spain and the wine we got was incredible. It's a shame that the poor service put a damper on the remainder of the evening.

Yelp
Good place to try Spaniah Cuisine. Small portions but delicious food. I had lunch there,I ate marinated tomatoes, croquette filled with ham, tempura cod, salmon with asparagus and for the dessert (the best position for me) famous Antonita's Soap ,which was a delightful white chocolate mousse with a lemon foam. The dessert was unusual and so delicious !!! Unfortunately I have to deduct one star for the waitress who's serviced us ,he was very rude and unkind because one of our group didn't want to ordered anything to eat because he ate already. It was very so unprofessional.

Yelp
Lovely outdoor seating - stumbled across it walking by....you really should make a reservation. We were just super lucky to get a seat. Got the crunchy oxtail and tiger style croquettes yummy! Michelin Star restaurant!!! Fantastic service and just lovely.

Yelp
Hands down the worst tapas I've had. The tapas I ordered were neither interesting nor tasty. Everything I ordered was underseasoned and bland. The patata bravas were extremely underwhelming and underseasoned. The aioli that came with it was mediocre at best and the tomato sauce that came with it tasted like a tomato curry. And nothing seemed to work. I also ordered garlic shrimp which was also severely underwhelming. Though the shrimps tasted fresh, the sauce was underseasoned and didn't taste good. I also ordered Tigre croquettes but the waiter confused that for the Nest of Noodles item. I tried to explain that to them but they didn't seem to understand. So I was stuck with noodle nest. The "eggs" in the nest were poached eggs that were either browned or fried....? I don't know who thought that combo would work. The noodles Were nice but the broth was uninspiring and lacked dimensions and complexity. And the whole thing just didn't go together. The most exciting that came out of the kitchen was the "soap" desert. It was some sort of cream dressed up like a bar of soap with lime foam. The lime foam was unexpected and I appreciate that. However the "soap" was blah. I think the restaurant tries too hard to be interesting. And falls flat.

Yelp
Nice place had a couple of their selection of tapas. The restaurant is located on the "tapas street". The food was alright - the patatas bravas a bit dry and we found a big hair in the food as well. Now that is a human mistake it can happen and the staff handle it very friendly and wanted to give us some other food, but we ended with getting it for free as we were full. The place is nice, fair prices and the service is friendly and speaks well English.

Yelp
Dinner Food: 5/5 Service:3.5/5 Value: 3.75/5 Repeat: Yes One of the best tapas places in town (among ones we tried). Can see the chef prep the meals. Chef was friendly, but staff could warm up a bit (seemed a bit aloof).

Yelp
Loved this little tapas spot! Our Airbnb host suggested it (our apartment was nearby) and I'm so pleased we took his suggestion. The staff was super friendly and allowed me to practice my Spanish even if though I'm not the most expert level speaker. The food we ordered was very delicious as well. Patatas bravas were crispy with just the right amount of sauce on top (sometimes they drown the potatoes in the sauce and they get soggy, poor lil guys). The mussels in the saffron were amazing and so were the shrimp in the garlic sauce. We also got the grilled vegetables, which included asparagus, tomatoes, peppers, onions, eggplant and zucchini -- yum! The restaurant also had a really good sparkling rosé cava that we enjoyed. Overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend!

Yelp
If I'm being perfectly honest, I have to say that this restaurant was a little bit underwhelming for me. My friends and I came here because it was apparently rated the 4th best restaurant in Madrid on TripAdvisor, so I was expecting some really, really great food. Before I talk about the food though, I want to just say that the restaurant itself is quite aesthetic (and deceptively large). The main dining area is tastefully decorated and looks very modern, and the ambiance is perfect for couples going out for a date. At the end of the main dining room is an open kitchen workstation where one of the chefs prepares many of the dishes for the evening. Onto the food. The tapas here are excellent and are arguably worth the trip by themselves. My table got the patatas bravas (our staple tapas dish) and a mixed plate of croquettes. The croquettes were presented on a beautiful stone dish and came with an aioli dipping sauce. The tigre croquettes (made of mussels) were particularly unique and are worth trying because I haven't seen them anywhere else in Spain yet. As for the main entrees, the specialty fish dishes are quite good. I got the salmon tataki and my friend got the marinated mackerel. Both dishes were presented like artistic, bite-size pieces of sushi/sashimi and the combination of the fish with the sauce was quite tasty. Although presented beautifully, these dishes were, unfortunately, not incredibly filling. The rest of my table got the steak pizza, the steak with chimichurri sauce, and the vegetable plate. The steak pizza is interesting and potentially worth trying because the meat is actually used as the base (instead of a topping) of the pizza. Personally, I do not recommend the steak with chimichurri sauce because the meat came out incredibly tough and difficult to chew. My jaw actually hurt after a while while trying to get through the meat. This might just be the Spanish style for cooking steak, but it was not a good steak by American standards. The vegetable dish was pretty standard. The service here is good, and the waitress we had spoke pretty good English. Overall, we had a nice dining experience (3 bottles of wine will do that), but I was still a little disappointed by the main entrees. I definitely didn't think they were worth the price they charge. If you're planning on trying this restaurant, just come for the tapas and wine.

Yelp
Little pricey for some things but the ambiance is nice, friendly staff. Gotta have the ribs and pineapple sauce

Yelp
We had a Christmas set dinner menu here. It was a lovely space & a nice menu. I had the vegetarian option. The first dish was a fried eggplant I think. Good flavor but it was room temperature when they served it-- I imagine because one group of diners was exceptionally late. The avocado baba ganoush was clever & nice. The main dishes were grilled avocado with saffrom & cauliflower. They were both fine but nothing outstanding. The outstanding parts were the Jabon. Yes, the "soap". a creative little dessert that as weird as it sounds tastes like I would imagine tastey soap. It was creamy with lavendar & was swrved with lemon bubbles. So, very good. I recoomend trying it even a special trip there just to try the soap. The marinated tomatoes were also a stand out dish. Really tastey. The red wine we were served was very good the fixed dinner price listed wine along with cava but cava was not available which was disappointing since it was listed as included with set price. The swrvice was responsive & friendly. I would go back if in Madrid again.
