La Auténtica Carmela

We stopped in for lunch on Monday of the Immaculate Conception. Our server, Laura, is friendly, polite and very helpful for us hungry travelers speaking only a little Spanish. I was a little more hungry than tapas would satisfy, so I had the grilled Salmon with with roasted eggplant, tahini seeds and citrus mayonnaise. The fish was cooked to perfection and the roasted eggplant was an absolute delight. The citrus mayonnaise was a perfect compliment. It was the best dining experience during my stay in Granada.

Located in the center of the city, close to Alhambra. A solid restaurant with innovative fusion kitchen. The wine list is not big but solid. The staff is kind.

It was a perfect evening! Paco was a most wonderful waiter, helping us to select a gluten free diner that was super tasty. It's a pleasure to dine somewhere where the staff is so professional and curtious, 7 out of 5 stars! Highly recommend!!

More than eating is a sublime experience. They exceed your expectations with every attention. The Tortilla Española is unbeatable. Thanks to the waiter Miguel for his attention with my little boy

Loved the atmosphere and drinks. The staff was amazing. Tortilla is definitely a must try. The other food was very mediocre.

The food is absolutely delicious. We ordered the black seafood rice , and the flavors of the seafood blended perfectly with the rice, creating a wonderfully harmonious dish. The duck meat is incredibly tender, and when paired with truffle, it creates a rich and delightful flavor combination. All other food is great. Our server Miguel is really great. We had a very good experience.

Really enjoyed our meal here. Food was excellent! Our waiter Kane was so lovely ! He took great care of us and made sure the food was suitable and met my dietary allergies. He was super friendly and really helpful ! My partner even said in his opinion he was the best waiter he's ever had ! Highly recommended this restaurant the food and service is remarkable! And they cater so well for allergies/intolerances. 10/10 ! All the Carmela restaurants we have been to have been amazing !

I had the pleasure of dining with my friend at Carmela, and the atmosphere was simply wonderful. The food was truly delicious, prepared to perfection, and the staff gave us a warm and welcoming experience from the very beginning. We were lucky to be served by Francisco, who was not only friendly and polite but also very helpful in guiding us through the menu. To make the evening even more special, we were treated to complimentary shots from the house, perfectly paired with our chocolate dessert. I would highly recommend Carmela to anyone visiting Granada – it’s an experience not to be missed!
