Stayed as a couple in the Apartment for 6 nights. Véronique reached out to coordinate our arrival, met us at check in, and gave thoughtful recommendations for restaurants near the hotel for our stay as well as activities that we might enjoy.
Continental-style breakfast, served daily, consisted of breads, cheeses, yogurt, muesli, jams, fruit, eggs (if desired), coffee and juice -- all sourced daily from local markets. It was a great start to each of our days. We had early tours on some mornings, before regular breakfast hours, and were offered either breakfast a few minutes earlier than normal as that worked for us one morning, and were left items in our refrigerator the night before on another where we needed to make a very early start.
Our apartment was more than large enough for 2 people with a king bed, living room with kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. Two floor to ceiling windows allowed is to open the space onto the medieval street. While an A/C was available, we did not need it in early October.
On the last day we were offered a taxi booking to the TGV station and given a place to store our bags after check out so that we could explore the city more until our train back to Paris.
I cannot recommend this guest house enough to anyone staying in Avignon. It is perfectly located in the old city center, walking distance to sites, restaurants, and transit options (the TGV station on the outskirts being the exception). There are plenty of parking options nearby if you rent a car (we did not) so don't feel that staying in the center will be difficult with a car.
