La Ben Resort

Thank you for your welcome. we was enjoyed our holiday. we are satisfied room and comforted. and the receptionist madam are really very co operative ,She is very efficient and friendly, impressed with their professionalism and customer service.||Overall, I had a great experience with the LA ben resort; the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. room was beautiful, clean, and perfect .The location is just perfect for a walk around the clova beach ." ||only two suggestions about the room, pls fixed dressing mirror. and door handle in balcony door in out side .

This hotel is one of the worst places to stay. It offers no proper facilities and feels like a below-average lodging, yet charges resort-level rates. Despite claims of being renovated, the property is far from it. The owner is extremely rude and shows no concern for guest satisfaction. The water heater is in terrible condition and so unsafe that you might be afraid to use it. Additionally, there’s no proper parking available—you’re forced to park in a public beach parking lot until late at night, sometimes as late as midnight. Avoid this place if you value your money and peace of mind. Only location is the plus point.

The rooms are newly renovated and good. The sheets were not clean though. Main issues NO PARKING AT ALL. You are supposed to park in the beach general parking. And also the location shown from airbnb takes you to the beach. The stay is 250 mtrs away and you are directed on call.

I stayed at their Super deluxe room.. It doesn't feel like super deluxe and costs around 5K per night. Washroom was smelling even though after some room freshners it didn't go. Location wise it's good but price was not at all.

Good afternoon sir i paid 2500per day that is my budget sir for that you are not given cleaning sevice also i am not asking luxury pecilities i am asking minimum service only...for clean service how much you ll expect sir Even tv remote is not working...everthing complent only inside i can tell so many thing

Good location and helpful owner otherwise very bad hotel.very poor services by the staff and horrible rooms, some of the rooms are located in such a way that you can't even open your window curtains as you will get a direct view of people sitting in bar, drinking. Full night you will hear their loud laughter and noice. Parking is also a big issue here at this hotel, especially during evening. Basically its not for families but for young couples, foreign hyppi tourists and solo budget travellers. They have bar and restaurant. Room service is below average and staff needs training how to address basic demands from visitors. There are no phones inside the room and only scan code are given that too takes you only to the hotel website but nowhere showing the food or drinks menu. Old people or the ones not friendly with technology suffer. My mother called a staff for tea to which the boy said that no body drinks tea here and made faces. He also said that tea is very costly here..that type of responses are enough to spoil your entire day. There are far better stay options in the near vicinity. Definitely I will avoid this hotel in future.

Good place for stay, beach is hardly a few mins walk... good food and market around the place! Nice location.

It was great stay in La Ben resort. It is most affordable and rooms were neat and clean. Location is perfect near walking distance to Colva beach.
