Thank you La ben Team , the resort was amazing , took me by surprise being a hotelier myself was skeptical at first but post reaching there and staying for almost a week |Loved it , simple basic room but the warmth courtesy service and food was awesome |the owner is a great guy personal touch made us feel at home Truly a home away from home So strategically located , just a walk away to any any supplies , food places &close proximity to the beach |10/10 guys. Only concern is the Deluxe rooms do not have dress mirror, inf the owner he mentions he plans to have one in all rooms |Thanks all team at La Ben Resort Colva Keep it up Cheers !!

Need a lot of improvement in cleanliness. And I think there is requirement of this property is a bit old. Staff is good and quite humble overall. It was a good experience and colva beach was quite near to this place.

Few noteworthy points: 1. Location is near to Colva beach. It has onsite restaurant. 2. It doesn't have Lift, so be ready to carry your luggage through the stairs. 3. Our room no. 307 doesn't have dressing mirror. 4. Room has tea maker but ensure to wash your cup after use, otherwise Ants 🐜 would queue up. 5. No room service breakfast facility, it gives coupon to redeem at next door South Indian veg restaurant. 6. Room no. 307 has balcony, but prefer to shut door as views are not enchanting. 7. The front desk, other staff members are not very keen to assist guests

This hotel is one of the worst places to stay. It offers no proper facilities and feels like a below-average lodging, yet charges resort-level rates. Despite claims of being renovated, the property is far from it. The frond desk people are extremely rude and shows no concern for guest satisfaction. The water heater is in terrible condition and so unsafe that you might be afraid to use it. Additionally, there’s no proper parking available—you’re forced to park in a public beach parking lot until late at night, sometimes as late as midnight. Avoid this place if you value your money and peace of mind. Good afternoon sir i paid 2500per day that is my budget sir for that you are not given cleaning sevice also i am not asking luxury pecilities i am asking minimum service only...for clean service how much you ll expect sir Even tv remote is not working...everthing complent only inside i can tell so many thing

We went to try on their food for lunch... The only thing we liked prawns rachedo masala...that's it...other menu is not so tasty compared to the price...

Thank you for your welcome. we was enjoyed our holiday. we are satisfied room and comforted. and the receptionist madam are really very co operative ,She is very efficient and friendly, impressed with their professionalism and customer service.||Overall, I had a great experience with the LA ben resort; the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. room was beautiful, clean, and perfect .The location is just perfect for a walk around the clova beach ." ||only two suggestions about the room, pls fixed dressing mirror. and door handle in balcony door in out side .

The rooms are newly renovated and good. The sheets were not clean though. Main issues NO PARKING AT ALL. You are supposed to park in the beach general parking. And also the location shown from airbnb takes you to the beach. The stay is 250 mtrs away and you are directed on call.
