The most incredible food and service in Favignana. The pesce couscous, tuna and carpaccio need a Michelin star. Unbelievable. Service was attentive, even though they are always busy. Highly recommended. Never tasted seafood like this - the passion runs very deep and it is clear in every aspect of their menu and service. Very accomodating to children as well, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. difficult to get a table so please call ahead

I had the most delicious gluten free pesto pasta and gluten free bread. Hands down the best I’ve ever had! The photo doesn’t do the gluten free busciate justice. The service was also fantastic!

The service was disappointing—some of the waiters were clearly unfriendly and seemed annoyed by the presence of tourists. We noticed that the table next to us, who spoke Italian, received noticeably warmer treatment. That said, the younger waitstaff were kind and more welcoming. The food arrived quickly, but I’m not sure that was a good sign. The fish couscous was quite dry, even with the sauce, and the pasta portion was noticeably smaller compared to what we saw at other tables. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience for the price ….

I ordered the spaghetti con frutti di mare, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing meal we had on the island during our 4-day stay. The dish lacked flavor, texture, and sauce. The prawns tasted and felt like they had just been defrosted and placed on top without much care in preparation. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t a positive one. I’d suggest spending a little more elsewhere for a better seafood pasta.

Me and my wife visited la Bettola for lunch. We both had a pasta dish of the day. I had the black pasta with fresh seafood and it was extraordinary! My wife was impressed too with her meal. One dish was 16€ which is quite cheap compared to other restaurants on the island. Oh and before we left I tried the pistachio coffee. Just wow! Thank you, we definitely come back!

We went to La Bettola on the recommendation of our host and it did not disappoint, the fish soup cous cous was delicious, the fish so fresh and soft. Yum!! Lovely kind team and a nice friendly vibe.

My 3rd time at this restaurant, over these last 15 years, now managed by the young 3rd generation of the same family. Happy about any possible aspect from the service that satisfied my pregnant partner's desire for a better table, on a very busy night, to the quality of food. Prices are not too high either. Kudos!

During my stay as a solo female traveller in Favignana, I had an extremely distressing experience. While I was getting changed in my accommodation, a man indecently exposed himself and touched himself while watching me. I later discovered he works only 100m away at this popular restaurant. He is known to police and the restaurant is aware of what happened. I felt unsafe knowing this man was working there after what he did to me, and I believe customers should be aware before choosing to dine here.
