La Bitta Venezia

Beautiful little restaurant, we had the caprese, eggplant parmesan and grilled beef. The caprese was the best we've ever had, made with smoked burrata and beautifully seasoned and presented. The staff even made us a special sharing portion. The eggplant parmesan was also delicious, and the portions were not small, the beef was provided in a huge portion along with a wide range of prepared vegetables. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very cozy and the service was impeccable. There are only a few tables inside and they are filled quickly so booking beforehand or turning up before opening time is recommended. I will definitely be trying to visit again if I'm ever in venice!

4.5 really. A meat-focused venue, a pleasant change in Venice, which seems obsessed with seafood. Two sittings, limited space - so book ahead. Our starter (sliced porchetta) was wonderful; the tagliatelli with pork ragu wonderful; the duck confit so-so. A zabaglione dessert was subtle, and rather good. We tried two wines (by the bottle: we didn't see an option for by the glass): the second was much better than the first.

Make sure you get a reservation, this is the place to be! Their panna cotta CURED my depression and truly was so amazing. service? 5 STARS! Food? 5 STARS! I’m in love with the whole place and didn’t want to leave but they had to close

Wonderful restorant. Had a salad and gnocchi with gout cheese and honey. It was creamy and balanced and absolutely perfect. The stuff had good English and pleasent temper. I'm sorry I didn't had more stomach space for the Pana-cotta that looked so good but next time! Definitely will come back.

Very good dishes. It's more expensive than the average restaurant, but the quality is also much higher. All desserts are very good too. Note that the dishes are not super big, so you might want to order more. Great atmosphere and service. Also, they speak French and English.

We showed up without a reservation when the restaurant opened and they were so kind and were able to fit us in, which we very much appreciated!! We were seated in the cutest garden space, and the food was absolutely amazing! When they say they have the best Panna Cotta they are not kidding! Order two! Thank you so much for the wonderful dining experience!

Probably the best dining experience we had in Venice. Cozy atmosphere and very pleasant staff. Small menu that changes daily, everything we tried was delicious. The panna cotta is literally the best in the galaxy, we were already full but just had to order a second one 🤤

In a city where tourist traps are a given, this was the best home style food I have eaten in a long time. The authenticity and love is felt in the delicious comfort food they cook. The staff is warm and welcoming, adding that special touch to the food and space. Highly recommended.
